Hi All,

It is really frustrating to a person paying amount and not receiving services on time and when asked for contact number of company owner , they mention the person is not available over phone ??? I have a account with B4uindia from the last 1.5 yrs . Yesterday my website account was suspend mentioning that it used more space than space allocated.

I spoke to the technical team and asked them to upgrade my website to higher packages and they mentioned that I need to create all email ids as well as take the backup of emails by myself. I don't understand what is the meaning of upgrade , If I would be doing all such things by myself why I would need their services and paying them . I can host the website by myself.
Even worse I spoke to 3 people everyone saying technical team will reply to the ticket but no one replied and when asked to connect to the owner of the company I got the response he is not available over phone.

My website / mail server is down from the last 2 days and affecting my entire business . Is the way a company takes the liability and treats customers .. There is no escalation defined . It is really to see such a bad customer interface and treatment.

It is such a small thing they can move the videos to other server and the space will get freed automatically. Why technical team taking 5-6 hrs in giving response .

It is really sad to see such a pathetic customer service. I have spoken to 2 people but still the issue is unresolved .

Make my website and mail server up and running so that I can remove the videos which is creating the problem.

I expect a quick reply this is a critical issue and its affecting my entire business

You have already got the services, what you pay for, if you have paid for 5 GB web space and want to use more than 5GB disk space then you shall timely upgrade your web hosting package to higher disk space package and sorry we cannot and perhaps no other web hosting service provider can allow you more than purchased disk space limits.

The current unlimited package is being offered from a different hardware and different infrastructure server where we do have a separate mail server running that is why mail data migration is not possible, instead of understanding the technical issues you have decided to misrepresent the facts to harm our goodwill and reputation on the internet. We have our support working at support@b4uindia.com email id not at web hosting top website so we cannot help you here for any of the support queries related to our services.

You are aware that all of your recent support queries are been replied timely as well as in matter of few minutes/hours only.

Sorry but sometimes we just don't care to listen in front people then no solution possible until you care to listen in front people.

Sometime we do not care to know that we are at fault and using more than purchased disk space for which we have paid and still if anyone places such review can itself says your intentions behind placing such review.

Also it is clearly mentioned in our terms of service at http://www.b4uindia.com/terms-of-service.htm that 28. Shared hosting or reseller hosting customers are not allowed to host mp3 files, video files, zip or other formats of compressed files, .exe, software installation files or executable files of software programmes on our shared web hosting servers.

So if you still do upload videos without written permission that is a violation of our terms of service.

Ans: You paid for 5 GB and were using more than 5GB Disk space and you did not mention it in your review this itself can indicate that what kind of wrong intention you do have behind placing such reviews by misrepresentation of the facts in order to harm our goodwill and reputation on internet which is your sole purpose instead of understanding the fact that we or perhaps no web host service provider can allow you more than purchased disk space limits of the package you have purchased...

At the end you also did not mention that 2nd time too b4uindia offered you FREE of cost unsuspended of your web hosting account as you are interested to just present one part of the coin.
