I had been hosting sites with them from last year ( 1 year and 1 month to be correct). I choose them because the price was reasonable. In last 30 days, i had three problems with their hosting, first time one of my customer's site was not working, after 3 hours they fixed the site, when i asked them about the problem they told me this "Plesk locks the DNS file temporarily at some times, such as during a backup.
System admin have unlocked it manually to have it working."
next time (3 days later) same site showing not able to connect with database, this turned out to be the connect permission was revoked from my database user, the user existed but was not able to connect with database. they took some time for fixing this too (1 day) even after i told them exactly what the problem is. but fortunatly creating another user fixed my problem before they told me they fixed it.
and today the site gone down again. its showing database is not connecting. i opened a ticket, then called them, all i am getting is

We are still working on it will update you as soon as we have more information / update for you....

this time this problem affected all the sites that have a sql server database.
i am sick with their support.

Every technical issue is having a technical possible solution and ofcourse it depend on the issue concern that how much time required to research and fix it however for the end result you yourself said that "after 3 hours they fixed the site" and also required technical details were provided to you as you yourself mentioned in your review.

Plesk control panel is not a in-house product of our business firm its a product of Parallels if there was any kind of technical issue required support was given to you timely and your most welcome anytime for any technical assistance required related to our services/ products.

If you have purchased a technical service & if there was any technical assistance required from your side all the time required support was given to you in timely manner.

Apart from this:
1. We asked you for providing us steps to regenerate the error message of MSSQL you never replied back since 02/10/2010 13:22 to the support ticket, sorry its customer duty to ensure they do provide details required to investigate the issue concern.

2. We are also not sure if you are unhappy with us just because we deny for shared hosting customization then sorry we donot offer custom changes to shared hosting server in sake of other customers websites hosted on same web server and you can feel free to upgrade your web hosting ac with your own separate VPS or Dedicated Server if you need customized server based on your own requirements itself.

Apart from this your most welcome anytime for any kind of support if required related to our services/products.
