Poor customer service. You have to wait for about 6hrs or more before you get a reply from suport. Even at that, when they promise a solution and eventually can't find one, they tell you it's your fault. Veeeeeery poor!

😠 stay away very much from this one, here my story with this scam host!
about 2 weeks ago i buy basic pack for my adult affiliate site, after 2 day i try ti move my site to this but is showing "NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR" many time i am tried and always field. After this situation i try to contact my friend and it work even make my head six and seven. 3 days after my site online i got bad news that my host is suspended because copyright material and adult material ( sorry i have deleted the email from this scam host ). My site is about adult affiliate so it means i just embedded the video from my affiliate provider but the host never understand my reason, so stay away very much from azhosty scam hosting.

😠 Horrible customer service...do not use them
Tried using AZhosty as it sounded like what I needed....my experience with them was horrible though.

Site would go offline for long periods of time...an hour was common. They couldn't care less. Was actually in a live chat with them once trying to get help and they said they were tired and needed to go to bed and ended the chat.

The worst came when I was unable to login to my own cPanel. They were no help and I finally figured out that their server was blocking my IP. Asked them to fix it, but they said there was no problem and stopped responding to my tickets/emails.

Gave up after just 3 weeks of their service and switched to a new host. But since I was beyond the 7 day guarantee so they refused to issue even a partial refund.

Stay away from AZhosty...do not trust them with your website.

and all the site host on azhosty is on NS1.OFFSHORE-HOSTS.COM,NS2.OFFSHORE-HOSTS.COM and i want to tell you that most of the time minimum 2,3 times the server goes down and the costomer relpy is too embarassed they never reply until they dont maintain sites how long it takes 4hr 6 hr even 24 hr atleast they have to reply why the server is down otherwise what user think about this company its a shit dude ... now i am thinking to transfer my site to another host coz i am loosing my users like daily..... at last their main site www.OFFSHORE-HOSTS.COM is down right now they dont have stable server if their main site is down how can you say this site is 99.9% Uptime Guarantee

😠 i bough the server around 25 days ago and now the server are gone.Their main site is down the server are down cpnael down everything gone .I had a doubt when i first bought it ,i asked the customer service to resolve my domain issue and they said simply point it to the server ,they dint even mention that they had registered the domain for me when first purchasing it said the domain was registered for you.The service is hell slow and now i have no idea how to even contact them as mail server are down aswell hope its back so i can make backup and somehow turn to another host sick of it.

😠 This had been a disaster of biblical proportions first there servers are very slow and when i ask why page load times are so slow they say someone else on the shared server is having too much traffic and after complaining all the time they finally moved me from my server in germany to one in France and did not back up my website i lost everything then there were multiple outages lasting for over a day and now i cant even bring up there website so i moved my site stay away from these people

😠 Well, I have been using Azhosty for about 2 months on the $50.00 gold Plan, what a big mistake...

I've had nothing but problems with them, very little support when things go wrong (and things always go wrong)
They hardly ever get back to you if you post a ticket for support, or they delete that ticket and you have to post another ticket about the same problem.. which sucks, also there answers to you may be one or two words.. my grandchild communicates better than these guys.. They don't speak/type English very well,

If your site/domain is down, I always check there site and funny enough their site is usually up and running

support it very slow, could take over 24 to 48 hours to get back to, that if they even bother

Funny enough, I have noticed that they post there services on a lot of forums, and they are great in signing you up and taking your money, but when it comes to looking after the customers they got.. that's where they fail.. big time

😠 AZHOSTY.COM is the worst Webhosting company EVER! I have used this host for nearly TWO months after purchasing the GOLD package. The entire host has had 4 major downtime periods and was at one point suspended! The cPanel was not fully configured as my domains could not be added nor was I able to create sub domains , and the PHP has been installed incorrectly forcing me to rewrite many scripts that have never had problem on other hosts, Their whole support staff are 15 year old kids who read the apache manual backwards, or in FRENCH.

This hosting company's customer service is SO TERRIBLE that it is frustrating, AND DON'T TRY TO ASK FOR A REFUND due to their terrible service, you WILL NOT RECEIVE ONE.

They are the worst web hosting service I've ever been a part of and I have been doing business online for 6 years now.

😠 I have used this host for nearly one month after purchasing the GOLD package. The entire host has had 2 major downtime periods and was at one point suspended! The cPanel was not fully configured, and the PHP has been installed incorrectly forcing me to rewrite many scripts that have never had problem on other hosts.

At first, this host appeared to be extreemly fast and good value, but I beleive the problems are occuring now because they have allowed too many websites to use the shared server.

🗨 Our problem is set downtime, and server works fine without any problem
