Well, I have been using Azhosty for about 2 months on the $50.00 gold Plan, what a big mistake...
I've had nothing but problems with them, very little support when things go wrong (and things always go wrong)
They hardly ever get back to you if you post a ticket for support, or they delete that ticket and you have to post another ticket about the same problem.. which sucks, also there answers to you may be one or two words.. my grandchild communicates better than these guys.. They don't speak/type English very well,
If your site/domain is down, I always check there site and funny enough their site is usually up and running
support it very slow, could take over 24 to 48 hours to get back to, that if they even bother
Funny enough, I have noticed that they post there services on a lot of forums, and they are great in signing you up and taking your money, but when it comes to looking after the customers they got.. that's where they fail.. big time
I have a very popular blog and now since i had no choice to move from blogspot,
my blog is either always slow, or the domain goes down, or I get a 500 error, or something... I can't wait for my contract to expire, If I find another host that supports warez sites.. I'll leave Azhosty them like a shot..
Seriously stay way clear of these cowboys, you will lose valuable traffic and readers to your blog or site, because of all the downtime..
