😁 They Go the Extra Mile
I have been a programmer off and on for 40 years, and now manage 12 non-profit web pages. Several have been dumped on me by others, hosted by different hosting services. NONE have the incredible customer service I have encountered with WebCS. NO talking down to me (even when I don't understand everything). They asked enough questions to find my needs without being annoying or condescending. The changes and problems I encountered in inheriting this websites were solved quickly and correctly. Unbelievable!

We use wordpress and vbulletin which come with their share of issues. Wordpress seems to break every other time it is upgraded. It is nice that they have proper backups to rescue us from those crashes.
No major issues and we have dealt with the same employees at webcs.com for over a year now.

I would like to thank the staff at webcs for saving my server during the demise of burst.net. Webcs backed me up, migrated us and saved the server.
For reference I use cpanel and was freaking out. Offered them a fee for what they did for us and they refused. Night and day!!

😁 Really knowledgeable staff. Had a serious problem with our database, they were able to correct it for us and pointing us in the direction which solved our company's problem.
I have had many experiences of hosts we used who did not give any support after signup. I honest feel these guys care and I can trust them with what we do. I recommend them to anyone who is starting or running a business on the web.

Keep away, just don't use this host. We thought they are good at first, but they are very very slow in responses. They freeze your account without any alert. The experiences with them were just horrific. The worst part is when we are leaving them, it took us 4 months to transfer the domain and cut the contract with them. They lie that they have not receive the cancellation email. They ignore all the mail and keep charging your credit card. It was a nightmare.
