- For those curious, @Paypal (@askpaypal?) has had our account under "Review" for over three weeks. The process was supposed to last 5-10 business days. No details or ways to reach anyone that can help. Should we just forget #paypal and move on?

😠 The only thing you can rely on from this company is excuses and bluffs. From the first week we have had problems which for a gaming server costs us players and money. The server had to be repaired 3 times during our experience. One time the repair took 10+ days. The final straw came when a kid decided to DDOS our server for kicks since we are the #1 server for our game. Not only could they not stop an amateur DDOS but tried to bluff their way through it by saying they would ban the IP and pursue legal action if it lasted more 24 hours. For those unaware of how a DDOS attack works. It's not just 1 IP it can be hundreds or even thousands. It requires quickly banning the offending IPS until there are none left. For a server company I was shocked they had no clue how to stop a DDOS attack besides telling us to pay $300 for more bandwidth. After 2 days of leaving us to the DDOS attacker's mercy, they not only didn't help us or pursue legal action, they decided not to deal with. No w what [read more...]
