😠When mail problem happen related to their ip reputation, and after their advice to move to vps with static ip, they gave me a static ip that is blocked by both microsoft and google!!!!! and microsoft decline to unblock! they refund as credit for future invoices!! but not real refund. and they used unpolite words in email communication!!!!

😞I had asked the technical support some advice for my specs and got a suggestion back where I found the specs to be possible, I then asked for conformation to guarantee it would work and he confirmed via a manager. I then got linked a returns thing saying 30 days money back guarantee and went for it. Turns out the server doesn't support it also felt super slow compared to the specs listed which seemed very odd and suspicious. I asked for a refund to try another solution and they said sorry for this server you cannot get a refund.... I then I got a email to pay for the next month after opening 2 support tickets to ask for a cancel and refund 3 weeks prior ??

😠Worst technical support I have 2 dedicated servers for the last 5 years, everything has been fantastic so far, until, I ran into this issue where my database server started running extremely slow. I started the online chat session with the tech support on Sunday night to try to help analyse the problem! The support guy said, that they need to reboot the server! Once the server was taken down, it never came back up. I waited for half hour to find out what is going on, the guy online never bothered to keep me informed as to what the state of the server was. Finally after half hour, they said something was wrong with the server and they need more time. I said Wow! now my production database server is down. I waited until midnight and never heard back from them! I finally asked them to give me another server and move my data files over. 😠Probably the worse case scenario A month back I had some performance issues with my virtual hosted server so I contacted support. Long story short they ended up reminding me that windows server 2003 was at end of life in July. They offered to migrate my server to 2008 with 2008 ms sql for free. The said go to the sales request a new vps and do not pay for it. I agreed. I emailed back when it was complete at which point the tech respond, Ok once it is paid for your vps will be ready in 30 minutes. As you can imagine I was confused. After some back and forth I sent an email saying I was done and to cancel my request and cut my renewal to 6 months. A manager got involved and convinced me to go forward, they would take car of everything. So I gave them a list of what to move and what I would take care of, they moved it all, I also told them not to change any DNS settings until I had tested it. at 9:30 PM I got an email saying everything was moved and the DNS was updated? 😠Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. No one new how to setup a Server. Go anywhere else. I waited over 6 hours for them to provide a vps server and they never could figure it out. now i am in a fight to get my money back. horrible experience with their tech support, there replies would be one sentence with no solution to what they were going to do to setup the server.

😠Support does not investigate and resolve problems My site - WITHOUT ANY CODE CHANGES - kept going up and down in the databasemart environment. I informed tech-support of this at which point they indicated it was a coding problem. It is not a coding problem when the site WAS working - then stoped working - then started working again with NO CHANGE to the application code. The root cause of the problem we never even pursued by technical support and thus I am removing my site from database mart's hosing services/
