Worst technical support
I have 2 dedicated servers for the last 5 years, everything has been fantastic so far, until, I ran into this issue where my database server started running extremely slow. I started the online chat session with the tech support on Sunday night to try to help analyse the problem! The support guy said, that they need to reboot the server! Once the server was taken down, it never came back up. I waited for half hour to find out what is going on, the guy online never bothered to keep me informed as to what the state of the server was. Finally after half hour, they said something was wrong with the server and they need more time. I said Wow! now my production database server is down. I waited until midnight and never heard back from them! I finally asked them to give me another server and move my data files over. It seemed like nobody cared about my suggestion and kept saying "we are working on it". After full 17 hrs (next day morning) I again started chatting online to find out what the heck is going on with my server. They finally said, it is not the hardware but the windows was corrupted! They decided to make another server for me. So after almost 20hrs, I got another server and guess what! They did not bother to move all the data files. So then I started asking for all the files and backup files without which it was of no use. They asked me to open another ticket (looks like they close the ticket after 24 hrs to save their reputation because the first ticket was gone out of the system.. checked online history and it was nowhere). I opened another request to move the files over. It has been almost 20hrs and my files are still not getting copied. Online person does not have any concrete answer. All you get from them is "We are working on it". My clients are all down and I bet you I have to shutdown my business because of these guys. Absolutely ridiculous tech support, and everything is fine as long as things work. Otherwise it is nightmare to get anything done by these guys! I would definitely not recommend this company to serious business owners.
