Great support team! I had a problem with my site using an old PHP version and I initially did a support chat if this is something that can be done from cpanel. Unfortunately it was not some missing setting but the good thing is Sim-networks support knows my issue and immediately asked me to create a ticket since it will be handled the migration team who handles this types of request. Then, I created a ticket and immediately got a response and confirmation if I want to proceed with the changes (since there will be server change). Everything was explained and was communicated clearly before doing the migration.

Very good support is the main thing that really distinguishes SIMnetworks. In the rest - the cloud is fast, uptime is normal. Everything is usual. Average prices. 2 times we've had some problems due to DDos, but, in general, all is ok.

😁 I've been using the services of this provider for more than 3 years. I'm satisfied with their work. I like that they have high uptime. During all time I never had any problems with access to my business data. Since our company has branches all over the country and abroad, on the another side of Atlantic, it's very convenient for us to work in the private cloud, where there is always access to the necessary information, programs, client base. 😃 Our company recently decided to move the business to the cloud. I was advised a lot of hosting companies, including SIM network. But only in Sim network I was answered for all my questions. I easily contacted the support, I was provided with full information (they don't try to impose unnecessary services, on the contrary, they help to choose the most cost-effective solution) I liked the attitude of employees to the client. I use their services for only 4 months, but during this time I had no problems with access to the database, corporate mail and the programs I needed. Really German quality of work!

I tried to work with different hosting providers, but, usually, I was faced with overloaded or old servers, poor support (students in the call center) or very high prices. The company provides high-quality 24-hour support, responds within a minute, reacts to tickets in an hour. They have good modern servers, I never had problems accessing my information. I liked that their operator helped me choose a cost-effective solution, I don't overpay for the functions that I don't need for my business. I'm pleased with the work with Sim Networks.
