The main Shared Hosting range includes Starter, Medium, Plus, Professional, Extreme and Insane packages. Game hosting represents a substantial part of the Jetstax business. The Minecraft Hosting catalog supports Paper, Spigot, BungeeCord, Forge, Sponge, Vanilla, Bedrock, Nukkit and PocketMine. Localization remains inconsistent. Several sections contain untranslated variables, template placeholders, duplicated information and fragments from different languages. The privacy policy is particularly weak because much of its English version consists of untranslated template keys rather than a readable privacy document. VDS configurations range from around €14.99 to €95.99 per month.

Minecraft Hosting begins at approximately €0.75 for a 512 MB configuration, with pricing increasing according to allocated memory. Rust Hosting starts at approximately €2.75, ARK Hosting at around €2.80 and Discord Bot Hosting at €0.99. AzuraCast radio packages also begin at €0.99, while the Mumble voice-server package costs €2.49.

The available dedicated server is priced at €439 per month with a €199 setup charge. SSL certificate pricing starts at approximately €18.99 per year for domain validation, €89.99 for organization validation and €159.99 for extended validation.

Annual payment gives approximately 5% off VPS and VDS packages, while FiveM hosting includes a yearly discount of around 10%. Prices are displayed in euros and exclude VAT. The customer portal also supports EUR, USD, CAD, GBP and PLN.

There are noticeable inconsistencies between the package comparison sections and the billing portal. Storage, bandwidth, processor allocation, domain limits and anti-DDoS inclusion do not always match. Some order configurations also combine a "FREE" label with a separate monthly charge, making the final cost less transparent than it should be. The consumer withdrawal period is also limited to two days, corresponding with the 48-hour refund window. This is considerably shorter than the 14-day or 30-day guarantees commonly available from larger hosting companies.

Automatic monthly subscriptions are not supported according to the support information. An invoice is generated approximately two weeks before the service expires, and the customer must pay it manually to continue. However, the general conditions also contain references to one-year agreements, annual renewal and cancellation at least one month before expiration. The applicable renewal and cancellation rules should therefore be confirmed in writing for each service.

The technical platform uses SSD storage across the hosting and game-server ranges, while parts of the Minecraft platform use RAID 6 storage. Cloudflare appears among the technologies associated with Jetstax, although its exact role in the hosting platform is not clearly defined.

Game servers are managed through Jetstax’s own game-control platform. The available functions include file management, live console access, SFTP, subusers, permission controls, plugin and mod installation, version selection, property editing, scheduled tasks and backup management. FiveM packages also include txAdmin.

The customer portal handles service ordering, invoices, currencies, domains and support tickets. VPS and VDS customers receive root access and can choose an operating system, although the underlying virtualization-control software is not identified.

🎯 Conclusion

Jetstax has several attractive qualities for budget-conscious customers. Entry prices are low, the service catalog is broad and the billing system supports numerous payment methods and currencies. Customers can combine domains, SSL certificates, conventional hosting, reseller accounts, virtual servers, dedicated hardware, game servers, Discord bots and radio hosting under one account.

The Minecraft catalog is particularly extensive, while the VPS, VDS and DirectAdmin reseller packages cover many ordinary hosting requirements. Multi-language and multi-currency support also make Jetstax accessible to customers outside Belgium.

However, the company has several serious weaknesses. The VAT entity associated with Jetstax has been inactive since September 1, 2024, while another clearly identified contracting company is not displayed. The infrastructure locations remain undisclosed, there is no numerical uptime guarantee, the status address is broken and the game-control platform has experienced accessibility problems.

Package specifications and pricing also vary between the main comparison areas and the final billing configurations. The privacy policy contains untranslated placeholders, the PHP information is obsolete and several products remain unfinished or inconsistently listed. Technical support is not staffed continuously despite the availability of 24/7 ticket submission.

Jetstax can still be considered for a small test server, personal game community, development bot or noncritical website.
