Jetstax is a Belgian hosting brand founded in 2020 by Tim De Smet. The company is based in Evergem, Belgium, and operates with a relatively small team of approximately 2–10 employees. Despite its modest size, Jetstax maintains an unusually diverse service catalog covering Domains, SSL Certificates, Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Drupal Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, VDS, Dedicated Servers, Game Servers, Discord Bot Hosting, Internet Radio Hosting, Voice Servers and prepaid development services.

An important legal concern should be clarified before placing an order. The VAT number used by Jetstax, BE0730.671.009, belongs to the Belgian sole proprietorship of Tim De Smet. This entity began operating on July 1, 2019, but has been recorded as inactive since September 1, 2024. The Jetstax website and billing portal remain operational, although a replacement enterprise number or another clearly identified contracting company is not displayed. Customers should request confirmation of the current legal entity, invoice issuer and registered business address before making a large payment or committing to a long-term service.

The main Shared Hosting range includes Starter, Medium, Plus, Professional, Extreme and Insane packages. Resources begin with 2 GB of storage and scale to plans with unlimited storage, additional RAM, multiple hosted domains, databases and email accounts. The packages include free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates and access to an application installer. Higher tiers add features such as Redis, SSH access, Node.js, Python, malware scanning, account isolation, proactive security tools and free .be or .nl domain registration.

The hosting environment includes application installation, selectable PHP versions, database administration, backups and wildcard SSL support. However, the PHP information is seriously outdated, referring to very old PHP 4 releases and ending with PHP 7.4. PHP 7.4 has been unsupported for several years, while modern PHP 8.x versions are not listed. Anyone planning to host WordPress, Drupal, WooCommerce or another actively maintained application should confirm the PHP versions actually available on the production servers.

WordPress Hosting and Drupal Hosting follow the same general shared-hosting structure, with the selected content management system preinstalled. The main Dedicated Server section still carries a coming-soon message, although one configuration can be ordered through the client portal. This server includes four Intel Xeon E5-4650 v2 processors, 512 GB registered ECC memory, four 2 TB SSDs, dual 1 Gbit/s network connectivity, DDoS protection and unlimited bandwidth. The price is €439 per month with a €199 setup fee. The difference between the unfinished product section and the orderable configuration makes it advisable to confirm availability, provisioning time, hardware condition and replacement procedures before payment.

Game hosting represents a substantial part of the Jetstax business. The Minecraft Hosting catalog supports Paper, Spigot, BungeeCord, Forge, Sponge, Vanilla, Bedrock, Nukkit and PocketMine. Minecraft packages generally use scalable memory-based pricing and include SSD storage, unlimited traffic, backups, anti-DDoS protection and integrated tools for installing plugins, changing versions and editing server properties.

Jetstax also provides Rust Hosting, FiveM Hosting and ARK Hosting. Rust servers support Oxide and uMod together with automatic backups. Packages start with 128 MB RAM and scale to 8 GB, with custom memory configurations also available. The client portal additionally includes AzuraCast Internet Radio Hosting with 1 GB to 100 GB of AutoDJ storage, a Mumble Voice Server package and prepaid development work charged by the hour.

Domain registration includes WHOIS privacy where the extension supports it, DNS management, DNS backups and redundant DNS service. Representative registration prices include .nl from €5.99, .be and .eu from €6.99, .com from €12.95 and .org from €15.99. Localization remains inconsistent. Several sections contain untranslated variables, template placeholders, duplicated information and fragments from different languages. The privacy policy is particularly weak because much of its English version consists of untranslated template keys rather than a readable privacy document.
