😠 I ordered the installation of the Internet. On this day, the mechanics never arrived, although I had been waiting for them at home all day. Specialists of support chat cannot solve my problem at 4 hours.

😞 Écart total entre les prix et le service offert. peu importe comment vous essayez de configurer le routeur, peu importe combien vous communiquez avec les services de l'entreprise, vous recevrez toujours moins que prévu. Malheureusement, je ne peux pas les recommander.

😠 I decided to bring the Internet to a new apartment. But I've been waiting for specialists for five days. They are in no hurry to wire me the Internet. I'm trying to contact support, but it's too busy right now.

😠 just dont go to this company. had a problem with them when I transfered my calls to other belgian number. they charge me money for calls that they transfered to other contry when I didnt have any service from them there. customer service didnt help me.
so dont even start to deal with them and dond believe them a word.
I did the same thing by base, orange and proximus and it didnt cost me nothing, and now they carge me 70 euros, so even so that you think they are cheap, in the end they will try to charge you.
