😠 The first years with Kiosk (wwkiosk.com), were wonderful, like a charm. Great hosting, high speed to upload/download (the backups of a complete dedicated server take just a few minutes), the service was prompt and humble, also for a people like me that understands a little the english (I'm a spanish speaker), and the billing attention was superb.
But, the years go on, and the 2009 was the turnside of the Kiosk service. The connection to my site has multiple failures, the speed of connection drops horribly and the backups takes hours, the service was disrispectful, and useless (one day, Kiosk Technical Helpdesk takes about 18 hours to contact me!), and about to solve the problem, you'll never find something worst to wait days with your site down.
My advise is to stay away from Kiosk (wwkiosk.com). Found other webhosting or stay with Kiosk if you like the problems with your site. [taken from wwkiosk.com]

😠 Paid $1 for the trial, but soon realised it was all about marketing and little else. I looked into their terms and conditions and it said i would need to access their support through the members area. However when i tried to do so i copuld not log in and after trying and rechecking the accuracy decided to email those who had emailed me, but surprise surprise the emails bounced back. I have now received a demand for $44 but have taken it to my bank to dispute. You get nothing but dozens of hyped up emails. Dont be taken in by them as i was. [taken from wwkiosk.com]

😠 I signed up with ww.kiosk.com because an associate - who is a part of their network marketing program - thought it would be beneficial for both of us. I found their monthly charge of $44.95 (titanium pkg) excessive, but thought that it would be worth it if they lived up to all the hype she gave me. The first few months were okay, no better or worse than any other web host provider. They supposedly have 'conference rooms' where I can 'meet' with clients, etc. but it has never worked. There is no immediate access to customer support. You have to submit a ticket and wait for them to respond and they only respond by email - not by phone. I went to a live chat with their support person once where I had to 'wait in line' while he chatted with other clients(?) before he got to me and he could not resolve the issue with their web hosting debacle. Finally, another tech emailed me that they inadvertently blocked my ip and he had just unblocked it. On several occasions I have found my websites [read more...]
