I signed up with ww.kiosk.com because an associate - who is a part of their network marketing program - thought it would be beneficial for both of us. I found their monthly charge of $44.95 (titanium pkg) excessive, but thought that it would be worth it if they lived up to all the hype she gave me. The first few months were okay, no better or worse than any other web host provider. They supposedly have 'conference rooms' where I can 'meet' with clients, etc. but it has never worked. There is no immediate access to customer support. You have to submit a ticket and wait for them to respond and they only respond by email - not by phone. I went to a live chat with their support person once where I had to 'wait in line' while he chatted with other clients(?) before he got to me and he could not resolve the issue with their web hosting debacle. Finally, another tech emailed me that they inadvertently blocked my ip and he had just unblocked it. On several occasions I have found my websites down; or I could not access my cpanel; or some other ridiculous issue with their server arose. last evening I found two of my websites were down so I logged in to view my account manager hoping to figure out what was wrong this time. Again, for what seems like the 30th time I could not access the account manager or my website or my cpanel. After trying six times I gave up. My thought was if I give them over night, they would fix whatever was going wrong (again) and all would be well today. Imagine my shock today when I found that all of my websites were down and I could not even access wwkiosk.com's website. All I could do is send another email to them and now wait until they decide to reply. I have noted one thing about wwkiosk.com, they are great when it comes to marketing. Everyday, without fail, I receive an email from the owner encouraging me to use different techniques to promote their services. I would not promote them to my worst enemy. I have to say that dispite my friendship, I am attempting to transfer my websites to a less expensive and much more promising web host provider whose Better Business Bureau rating is A+.
