😁 I have a couple of my own sites I've created and a few others I've done for friends / nonprofits and all are hosted with Fast Comet. They have yet to disappoint me. They are helpful, patient, and prompt with support. I've had a number of setup questions and they have just been awesome! 😃 While Fastcomet is fairly reliable and has some desirable features that other hosting providers lack, all hosts have their quirks and something that they limit without telling you when you sign up.One of Fastcomet's limitations on websites is mySQL database limitations. Even if you are under the total amount of disk space allowed for databases, your plan will have an upper limit for INDIVIDUAL database files. In over ten years of running mySQL based sites, I have never had a host with that sort of policy.
With some of Fastcomet's plans, you can have many small databases (so many small sites) but you must manage them to make sure none of the sites gets a database that grows too much. For example, the Speedup plan lets you have 36 Gig of nySQL database storage, but no single database can be over 1 Gig OR THEY CLOSE DOWN ALL YOUR SITES.
I moved a couple of sites over to Fastcomet from other hosts. The other hosts were fine with with size of the databases, but Fastcomet won't let me [read more...]

😁 FastComet has been 110% with everything they are doing for me here. I am a relative newbie to "webmastering" ie: I am no webmaster but have several sites running on FastComet's SpeedUp plan.
From the moment of first contact and right on through restoring a backup on a site I totally screwed up last night, FastComet and their Customer Service and Tech crews have conducted themselves with absolute precision and speed!

😁 I knew ahead of time this would be a difficult migration. Sauron had bought out IXwebhosting, and I had to get out of Ithilion before the orcs arrived.
IX (my previous host) was not like most hosts; their cPanel service was ancient, and was set up to allow the customer boundless customization. (If you break it, you bought it. I broke it several times.) My customization was all that you can imagine of a software engineer and computer designer with a half-century of experience. And I had set up WordPress MultiSite in the uncommon and exceedingly difficult Subdomain scenario.
Several online reviews recommended FastComet for their seamless free migrations and good customer service.

OK, was it rough? Yes! Did I sometimes scream at customer service? Yes.
It took seven long Customer Service Tickets, they put up with me politely, when the junior team members got in over their heads they called in the big guns and we got though it together.

😁 Setting up a new site can sometimes become a hassle from the technical point of view, especially when you're not a developer.
I've been trying to set up my CMS and Domain, and the FastComet team has been unbelievably helpful, to the extent of setting up multiple things for me.

The say they are compatible wit wordpress. that is a big fat lie. Also they only have resources allocated on the shared hosting which is fine, but only 40 people can interact with your site at once (entry limit) or else you get a resources reac hed page. i was patient with them and i upgraded when they asked me too but from their lowest shared hosting to the highest, i could only get 40 user interactions at one. i paid for a year and was with them from september till december 6th because i was loosing customers. i didn't get a refund.

But if you plan on having a successful business and allow more than 40 people interact with your site at once, fastcomet is not for you. but if you are ok with the restricting of 40 then you can stick with them.

We are a web of Spain.
We do not have much experience in the technical support of a web.
The first thing we did was open a chat and from the beginning everything was perfect.
Once the product is purchased, it will not be long before we move our website from our old Hosting. And in a matter of hours we had everything running at incredible speed.
All tickets that we have opened for doubts, a few minutes solved.
Besides that the price is cheaper than in Spain.
Everything a company success.

I'm more technically inclined than the average user, but now and then I just prefer to have the people at a hosting company who have seen and experienced it all to perform a task. I've only been with FastComet for a few months now and even though at the moment I only need a lower end package (ScaleRight) I'm still getting what I'd consider being premium support. I've had a couple of my sites upgraded to SSL (included with my package so no extra cost to me) and I even rebuilt an old HTML site in Word Press in a sub-directory and they moved it to the root directory for me when I was ready. Tech support has simply been awesome and very quick to respond. I'm getting the level of serives I used to get at a host that cost much more at a much more affordable price.

Speed of my shared hosting is solid now and I know that when/if I need more as my sites grow I'll easily be able to upgrade, but only as needed. I have a friend who I'll be helping to build out her first site soon and you can [read more...]

I've just made the move from Bluehost where I hosted my sites for long years. While Bluehost were okay, their customer support was always hit or miss. Some are outright clueless unfortunately.
My experience with FastComet so far is wonderful. Customer support was wonderful and knowledgeable. Tech support know exactly what they're doing and keep you up to date throughout the process. I'd like to specially thank Nickola who helped a lot with my migration and was very helpful.

So much gratitude to all the wonderful support from Fast Comet. I am really lucky I found Fastcomet.
They are great in every kind of the word.
The 24/7 customer service and ticket support agents are just quickly, efficient and with so much good vibes that can not have thank you enough to tell them. Having recently moved from a web host I'd used for 12 years I was blown away by the help and support received when transferring my main website to this host. I was talking to guys who know and who are interested in what they're doing. Since 2015 I am experiencing the excellent services of Fastcomet. I would say that they are the best in the industry. I will give 10/10 to their customer care, sale team and tech support. In 2015 my interaction with their online chat support Olivia Smith brought me to Fastcomet (don't surprise I remember her name even after 2 yrs!). Recently I had to install one WP theme and pros from tech helped me to do that too. I appreciate the support of Dimitar, Daniel, Vlad and Oliver for the same. I strongly suggest Fastcomet for the startups since startup guys will be newbies. And I will request you guys to start server in India. Thinking about a long term relation with Fastcomet. I wish the growing no. of customer should not water down their services.

😁 FastComet has the best support team I've ever worked with!
The support team is very quick and helpful. They sometimes help me with things that are nowhere related to hosting, but they go one step ahead to make the experience better for their customers. Its like having my own support team. Most of the times its Oliver W. who helps me with the technical stuff. FastComet treats even its shared hosting customers as if we're paying them hundreds of dollars per month lol. I highly recommend them to everyone.

😠 FastComet does not work well. I paid for hosting for Unlimited Domains. I am allowed to host one domain. For the second domain, you must pay for hosting again. It's not fair. I asked for a refund on the second day after the purchase. I need hosting for Unlimited Domains. They just do not answer. And do not return money. They are deceivers.
