😠 One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
The support/customer service is completely useless and competent.
You can emails them continuously for months and never get any response.
They will overcharge you and there is nothing you can do about it because nobody cares.
The only choice in these situations is to do chargebacks, but they are so incompetent and useless they don't care if you do this either.

😠 The customer service at EuropeRegistry is terrible, bordering on incompetent, and that is being polite.
It usually takes weeks of chasing to get a reply to any email. If you don't chase, you get no reply.
I discovered that they had been massively over charging for all our domains. For some they were charging us up to 10 x the regular price displayed on their website. They completely denied this, and I had to send them screenshots of their own website and our invoices in order to prove it to them.
We transferred away all the domains we could, leaving only the bare minimum which our other registrar did not support, and demanded they update the renewal pricing on the rest.
Despite the fact that they are a domain registrar, they struggle understand how their own billing and domain renewals work.
So far it has taken several months and dozens and dozens of emails, and still they have not managed up update the renewal pricing.

😠 Very bad service. I was hoping to register a good domain name, after the payment it had 'pending' status for 2 weeks. Meanwhile someone else registered the name. Very very disappointed

😠 The website to administrate the service looks like it is 20 years old. I absolutely dislike the way the entire system works. The web hosting service was in status "pending" with no notice why. When support was called they made the required manual activity from their side and pendning status was now "completed". Arghhhhh. Was in contact with a stressful arrogant support female. Who shouted "what do you want to do". "Do you want to assign emails?"
Yes that is one of the things I will probably want to do once I find where to bind the domain name to the hosting service if I can figure out where it is done.
Finally was told it was a tiny icon on the hosting service entry that lead to the administration console. Once there it looked like a 30 year old design. Can not remember where I saw this design many many years ago.

😠 Terrible company, avoid at all cost!!! Awful customer service, it's in New Zealand so the do not work during Europe working time. Ignoring emails, never call back. Tried to get access to my OWN account, its been a couple of weeks already and still no answer. Definitely moving to a different provider.

My domainregistration on 17. April 2011 has failed, cause the provider "europeregister.com" has forgotten to send me the verification link of my order. And now the domain is registrated on 19. April 2011 by another one. Bad service, never again!!

😠 I'm currently in the process of transferring my .it domain to another registrar. Even though I have to pay a transfer fee on top of the renewal fee to the new registrar, I'm still happy to get rid of EuropeRegistry/Instra.
At the time of registration, the registration fee was 19.50 EUR/year and I took it for two years. Now that it's time to renew the domain, the cost has jumped to 49.00 EUR/year.
The initial registration took for ages and was a very cumbersome process. For instance they requested me to sign and fax a document that was written in Italian. Upon request I got an English translation of the document, but still had to sign the Italian version. I did read the English version throughout and I hope it matched with the Italian version.
Luckily the credit card I used during initial registration has expired so I only risk to lose the domain.

😠 Attempted to buy 2 new .co domains, lost both domains to someone else using another registrar, was credited with 2 coupons for 2 more .co domains, attempted to buy the 2 new .co domains, again lost out to someone from another registrar registering the names faster than europeregistry.
I have attempted to buy 5 .co domains now with this host and every time someone else registers the domain before they do - they are extremely slow, their phone support doesn't work - its on an infinate loop!
Trying to get a refund out of them now but I can't see it happening.

😠 Avoid them, i made also mistake to order 8 domains, three .eu domains and 5 .ru domains and no one was registered but they still took from my credit card almost 440.- euros for nothing. I did not get respond to my questions and i think i will make petition to police.

I made the mistake of committing my credit card to them to purchase 3 domains three years ago. Of course, I did not have a chance in Hell of getting these 3 domains since I was not about to participate in the extortionist "sunrise" period, but I did not know this at that time. As a result, none of my 3 domains were registered.

😠 Domain registration took 4 days instead of the usual 1 day and the indication "pending" was shown next to it.
It was Friday 1st of May, so let's excuse them because of the bank holiday and the weekend (but is that normal ?).
Now my dns servers are not resolving and they are not propagating !
