😁 I had a great experience with Cloudzy for the Forex VPS plan that I got last year. Their service has been reliable and I haven't experienced any issues so far. For my other websites, I use both DedicatedCore and Cloudzy. I am extremely satisfied with their services and backend processes. Both providers offer a variety of operating systems to choose with MetaTrader4/5. Overall, I highly recommend both of the hosting providers for their excellent services and features.

😁 For their team I must say they have a very polite and helpful customer support
For their performance I could say I saw no flaws in latency and uptime and I experienced no "server is down" at all, although I used its VPS for both website and my computing (ML + DL). I just found out there is another product available that has improvement in user interface and it's much easier to work with.

😠 Worst VPS company with 0 security control
Worst service and don’t even bother to even test or purchase a VPS from them.
To make my long story short, they will literally stop your server if you’re delayed by 1 day for payment, knowing the fact that I would have loved it if they include an auto-payment from their only payment method accepted (PayPal). However this is not the issue even though it is super annoying to stop your machine without a grace period.
After 3 months of using their service, they have randomly suspended my account due to « Spam » without any further clarifications. So I have tried to understand the issue, they couldn’t even explain the exact reason, they had to ask for my username and password to login lol! Really?! Wow super secured your system! Anyways, after login to my system they have found an excuse saying that you have installed an email extractor therefore we have suspended your account!! Really! Have you even checked if this software was ever used? Anyway, without getting further in [read more...]

🔧 Services: Web HostingDomain Registration Own datacenter⇔ Redirected from routerhosting.com
Cloudzy is an independent cloud and VPS hosting platform that grew out of the earlier RouterHosting brand launched in 2008. Over more than a decade and a half, they have evolved from a simple VPS provider into a broader infrastructure platform aimed at developers, traders and online businesses that need high-performance virtual machines, global locations and flexible billing rather than traditional shared hosting.
The company positions itself clearly around VPS, cloud servers and bare metal dedicated servers, not entry-level shared web hosting. Core compute services are built on modern hardware: AMD Ryzen and EPYC processors (with clock speeds above 4 GHz in the high-frequency line), DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSD storage and network connectivity up to 40 Gbps. Across the site they emphasize a 99.95% uptime guarantee, DDoS protection, dedicated IP addresses and static IPs on all VPS and dedicated offerings, with an infrastructure footprint of 15+ locations and "16+ locations" in some sections, spread across the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK and parts of Asia.
From a product perspective, Cloudzy’s portfolio is broad inside the VPS/dedicated category:
- General Cloud VPS – Linux and Windows virtual servers with regular and high-frequency CPU options, multiple billing cycles (including hourly "pay as you go"), and the ability to scale CPU, RAM, storage and bandwidth up or down. These are the main building block for web apps, APIs, self-hosted tools, small SaaS projects and similar workloads.
- Windows VPS line – Dedicated Windows VPS plans (including variants branded as Windows VPS, Windows 11 VPS and Windows Server 2025 VPS) aimed at users who need persistent remote desktop, Windows-based development environments or Windows hosting stacks. All Windows VPS options come with full administrator access, a pre-installed Windows Server OS (several versions are available) and RDP access from any device.
- Forex VPS – A specialized VPS range with MetaTrader 4 (and MetaTrader 5) pre-installed and optimized, deployed in more than 10 global forex hubs. The focus here is on low-latency connectivity to brokers, 24/7 availability, 10 Gbps network connections and the same 99.95% uptime guarantee, so that trading bots and expert advisors can run around the clock.
- Cloud VPS (hourly cloud) – A newer "Cloud VPS" product focuses on scalable, pay-per-hour cloud servers, where RAM, CPU, storage and bandwidth can be adjusted on demand. This line highlights horizontal scalability, flexible billing, and the ability to buy only the hours you actually use, making it attractive for testing, bursty workloads and short-lived environments.
- Specialized VPS images and marketplaces – Cloudzy offers a marketplace of more than 200 one-click apps and many pre-packaged VPS images: control-panel VPS (CloudPanel, CyberPanel, FASTPANEL, Easypanel), Tailscale VPS, PayPal-focused VPS, game server templates (e.g. Minecraft), RDP servers and other application-specific images. These bundles target agencies, resellers, developers and DevOps teams that prefer opinionated stacks with a ready control panel or app rather than building everything from scratch.
- Custom VPS – For customers that want to tune every resource, there is a Custom VPS option, where one can choose exactly how much RAM, CPU, storage and bandwidth should be allocated and deploy that configuration in one of roughly ten server locations. This service still comes with the same 99.95% uptime SLA and 10 Gbps networking.
- Bare Metal Dedicated Servers – At the high end, Cloudzy runs bare metal dedicated servers using 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 CPUs, NVMe SSD storage and up to 10 Gbps connectivity. These servers are intended for high-traffic sites, multiplayer game servers, high-performance computing and workloads that need predictable performance and full control. They are highly configurable (ports, storage, resource allocation) and run on the same global infrastructure footprint as the VPS products.
The whole platform is built around a modern, automation-driven environment: instant deployments in roughly 60 seconds, a marketplace for pre-built stacks, a developer API, and tooling for snapshots, monitoring and scaling. The website and knowledge base are localized into multiple languages (around a dozen, including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Chinese and others), and Cloudzy pitches itself explicitly as a global provider for customers in many regions rather than a single-country host.
Overall, Cloudzy comes across as a performance-oriented VPS and dedicated hosting provider with a strong emphasis on flexibility, global reach, and specialized use cases (trading, RDP, panel-based hosting), rather than a classic low-priced shared host.
💰 Price & Cost
Cloudzy’s pricing structure is relatively transparent, with a central pricing page that lists standard virtual server plans and then product-specific pages that highlight promotional entry points.
For cloud and VPS hosting, the "Regular CPU" range of virtual machines starts at under $3 per month for a small plan with 512 MB RAM, 1 vCPU, 20 GB of NVMe storage and 1 TB of transfer, assuming a 40% promotional discount on the monthly term. As resources increase (more RAM, more vCPUs and larger NVMe disks), prices scale accordingly into mid-range VPS territory. A parallel "High Frequency CPU" line uses fast AMD Ryzen processors with higher clock speeds and slightly higher pricing, aimed at more demanding applications.
Discounting is applied heavily based on billing cycle:
- Hourly billing (PAYG) – pay-as-you-go with around 35% discount vs. the base monthly price, charged for the actual lifespan of the instance.
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing – monthly prices often show around 40% discount, while annual commitments can reach 50% off relative to the list rate.
- In practice, this lets customers choose between hourly experiments and longer-term commitments with lower effective rates.
For specialized VPS products (Windows VPS, Forex VPS, panel VPS, etc.), the entry price is typically higher than the smallest generic cloud instance, but still within the budget and mid-market hosting range. Windows VPS and Forex VPS plans are marketed as starting around the low-to-mid double digits (USD) per month, depending on currency and billing cycle, with clear tables on each product page.
Bare metal dedicated servers are presented as highly customizable offerings with monthly billing. The exact price depends on configuration, and Cloudzy encourages customers to submit a request for a tailored quote. The messaging emphasizes that dedicated servers remain "affordable" relative to their hardware class, but still clearly sit at a higher price tier than VPS, as expected for physical machines. A 14-day refund on unused credits is offered for these monthly dedicated arrangements, which is more of a credit-based safety net than a full month-back guarantee.
In terms of refunds and money-back guarantees:
- For VPS and cloud services, Cloudzy publishes a 7-day money-back guarantee for new VPS orders. If a customer cancels within the first 7 days, they can receive a full refund.
- Between days 8 and 14, there is still the possibility of a partial refund, calculated on unused account credit (after deducting the value of consumed hours). After 14 days, refunds are no longer offered, though unused credit in the account can still be used for future purchases.
- They mention a "14-day money-back guarantee" in the context of starting with basic plans, which in practice maps to this combination of 7 days for full refunds plus up to 14 days for prorated credit.
Payment methods are one of Cloudzy’s strong points. Across pricing and product pages, they explicitly accept:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
- PayPal.
- Cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether (and in some flows simply "Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies").
- In some cases, Alipay is also listed.
Billing currencies are shown mainly in US dollars (USD) and euros (EUR), and the terms of service state that charges are denominated and payable in these currencies.
There is no free trial; the risk-free period is handled entirely via the short money-back window and credits. For a customer comfortable assessing a VPS within the first week or two, this is usually sufficient, but it is notably shorter than the 30-day guarantees offered by many shared hosting competitors.
🏢 Data Center
Cloudzy operates an infrastructure footprint that combines multiple regions and data centers into a single cloud-style platform. While the exact number varies by product line, they repeatedly reference 10+ regions, 15+ locations, and "16+ locations", indicating ongoing expansion.
Key location information includes:
- Global coverage – Virtual machines and dedicated servers are available in the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK and parts of Asia, with explicit references to East, West and Central America and several European hubs.
- City-level locations – Various product and test pages name data center cities such as New York City, Dallas, Utah/US Mountain region, Las Vegas, Miami, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Singapore and Luxembourg, among others. These are used both for general VPS and more specialized services like Tailscale VPS or location-specific VPS (e.g. Luxembourg VPS).
- Bare metal dedicated coverage – Dedicated server pages state that Cloudzy has more than 15 locations across three continents and six countries, explicitly including Luxembourg, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Singapore in addition to the American footprint.
On the hardware side, Cloudzy emphasizes a consistent, performance-oriented stack:
- Processors – AMD Ryzen 9 (often 16-core) and AMD EPYC CPUs, with the high-frequency VPS line promising clock speeds of 4.2 GHz or higher.
- Memory and storage – DDR5 RAM for most cloud/VPS products, with dedicated servers sometimes listing DDR4 but still positioned as high-performance, and NVMe SSD storage across the board.
- Networking – Up to 10 Gbps or 40 Gbps uplinks, depending on product. For example, cloud/VPS plans often mention up to 40 Gbps links, while dedicated servers describe a 10 Gbps Internet connection. Forex VPS and other specialized solutions highlight high bandwidth and minimum latency characteristics.
- DDoS protection and security – Many VPS pages list DDoS protection as a standard feature. The platform overview mentions multi-layer DDoS defenses, TLS/SSL encryption, automated daily backups with 30-day retention, and compliance with GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Crucially, Cloudzy offers a 99.95% uptime guarantee (or "99.95% uptime SLA") across VPS and dedicated services. This level is in line with many mid-tier cloud and VPS providers and suggests a maximum of roughly 22 minutes of unplanned downtime per month. It is not the absolute highest SLA on the market, but it is a respectable figure for the price bracket Cloudzy targets.
From the perspective of a prospective customer, the global spread, modern hardware and explicit SLA make Cloudzy suitable for latency-sensitive workloads (such as trading or game hosting) and for projects that need to choose between multiple regions while staying on one vendor’s platform.
✍️ Customer Support
Cloudzy support is a key value proposition alongside pricing and performance.
- 24/7/365 availability, with both live chat and a ticket system accessible from the client area.
- They offer 30-second average response time on live chat and around 99.5% customer satisfaction, which underlines the emphasis on fast, human support rather than purely self-service.
- A knowledge base with more than 500 detailed articles and step-by-step tutorials, available in a similar set of languages as the main site.
In practice, customers can reach Cloudzy through:
- Live chat on the website.
- Tickets submitted via the client portal.
- Several email addresses (sales, support, billing and abuse) for more formal inquiries.
- A phone number at the Dubai headquarters, which is more of a general contact line than a dedicated technical support hotline.
Cloudzy also offers free migration assistance, promising zero-downtime migration and compatibility with major platforms if a customer wants to move existing sites or services onto their infrastructure.
For a VPS-centric provider, the support positioning is relatively strong – round-the-clock availability, multiple contact channels and documentation in multiple languages. The main caveat is that support is still "infrastructure level": customers remain responsible for what they install and configure on their virtual machines, unless they choose specific panel-based images where Cloudzy provides more targeted guidance.
🔨 Control Panel
Cloudzy’s control-panel environment has two layers: infrastructure control for the VPS itself, and application-level control panels for website and service management.
At the infrastructure level, Cloudzy uses Virtualizor as the main VPS control panel behind the scenes. This is a web-based system used to deploy and manage virtual machines on KVM and other virtualization technologies. From the customer’s perspective, this translates to a client panel where one can:
- Start, stop and reboot virtual machines.
- Reinstall operating systems or switch between Windows Server versions and major Linux distributions.
- Upload and boot from custom ISOs.
- Manage snapshots, monitoring and resource upgrades.
All VPS and cloud instances include full root access on Linux and full administrator access on Windows, with RDP enabled by default for Windows VPS. Dedicated servers likewise provide root or administrator access, giving complete control over installed software and services.
At the application level, Cloudzy invests heavily in pre-installed hosting control panels and orchestration layers, delivered as one-click VPS images:
- CloudPanel VPS – a free, modern hosting control panel focused on Nginx-based PHP sites, with per-site PHP choice, SSL management and resource views, tuned for NVMe + DDR5 and fast 10 Gbps networking.
- CyberPanel VPS – powered by OpenLiteSpeed, this panel centralizes website, DNS, mail, database and SSL management with built-in Let’s Encrypt integration, designed particularly for WordPress and PHP sites that benefit from LiteSpeed’s performance profile.
- FASTPANEL VPS – a lightweight panel able to manage sites, databases, email and DNS from one dashboard, running on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. It supports Nginx + Apache combinations, free TLS, scheduled backups and per-project isolation.
- Easypanel VPS – a Docker-native control panel that lets users spin up containerized applications from a web UI, using Docker Swarm under the hood, with Traefik for TLS and routing. This is targeted at developers and DevOps teams migrating from traditional shared hosting to containerized workflows.
- cPanel/WHM images in the marketplace – Cloudzy offers VPS images with cPanel/WHM pre-installed on high-clock EPYC nodes, giving customers the familiar cPanel/WHM experience but with dedicated VPS resources and 40 Gbps backbone connectivity.
These panel offerings are particularly attractive for agencies, resellers and power users who want panel-driven hosting but prefer to own the underlying VPS (with root access) instead of renting basic shared hosting.
Overall, Cloudzy’s control-panel strategy is one of its major strengths: customers can start from a bare VPS if they want maximum flexibility, or pick a ready-to-use panel image to shorten deployment time and standardize their stack.
🎯 Conclusion
Cloudzy stands out as a performance-focused VPS and dedicated server provider built for users who are comfortable managing their own infrastructure or using modern control panels. The combination of global locations, modern hardware (Ryzen/EPYC, DDR5, NVMe), 99.95% uptime guarantee and flexible billing (including hourly cloud and multiple term discounts) makes the platform attractive for developers, traders, and businesses that outgrow generic shared hosting.Strengths include:
- A mature, clearly documented evolution from RouterHosting (founded in 2008) to a modern cloud brand with a global footprint and a headquarters in Dubai.
- A wide set of VPS flavors (Linux, Windows, Forex, RDP, Tailscale, control-panel VPS, custom plans) plus bare metal dedicated servers, all with dedicated IPs.
- Flexible billing and payments, including hourly pay-as-you-go options, strong discounts for longer terms, and broad payment support (cards, PayPal and multiple cryptocurrencies).
- A published 7-day money-back guarantee for VPS services with partial refunds on unused credit up to 14 days, and a 14-day refund window on unused credits for dedicated servers.
- Multi-language website and support, a fairly rich knowledge base and 24/7 assistance via chat and tickets.
- Strong emphasis on deployment speed, automation and a rich marketplace of one-click apps and control-panel images.
On the other hand, there are some considerations:
- Cloudzy does not offer traditional low-cost shared hosting or fully managed WordPress plans. Everything revolves around VPS and dedicated servers, which means customers need at least basic system administration skills or must rely on a control panel and their own expertise.
- The refund window is relatively short compared with some mass-market hosts that offer 30 days or more. Users must evaluate the service quickly to benefit from the guarantee.
- While entry prices for the smallest plans are very competitive, costs can climb as resources are scaled up, and dedicated servers, while positioned as affordable, will naturally sit at a higher price tier than the shared hosting offers many users may be used to.
For developers, small agencies, traders and businesses that want real control over their infrastructure, prefer modern hardware and are comfortable with VPS-level management (optionally aided by control panels), Cloudzy is a compelling option. For beginners seeking a simple, low-touch shared hosting experience with a site builder and email out of the box, another provider may be easier to manage.

I have a horrible experience. I was using them for 6 months and the operating system has failed. They did not offer to restore it, it's not my problem. I am lost all my data.
