😠 "The Control Panel is not compatible for resolution below 768 pixels, therefore please view in appropriate resolution."
This is what you see if you try to use your old laptop to access their control panel. I hardly understand why a company should do this.
I am using their VPS services for a while and despite their awful customer panel, I stayed with them because the server is working and the price tag is good comparing to other local vps servers. But I am searching for other service providers because their recent move is making me really crazy.
This is my recommendation to CEO, file who decided to put this 1024x768

😠 They gave one offer on chat and after 3 hours went back on their offer. The person Imran who was from the Dubai hosting service, said helplessly that he is a normal employee and cannot do much about it. Refused to share contact details of senior management and said that he doesn't have these details. It showed how unprofessional this company is. You cannot escalate the problem to anyone senior.

😠 Buzinessware is the worst provider i ever saw. I ordered a domain and webspace and hosted my website over two years there. Every month i had connection issues. I did not receive my emails. Answers on support was always "problem is on your side/everything is fine". Im Systemadministrator, problem was definitely not on my side. Meanwhile i host my website somewhere else - no issues.. what a wonder?
I had to prolong my domain and joined the Memberarea and paid the invoice. One week later i receive a email that invoice is still open. I wrote to support that i pay the invoice. Support told no.
The incompetent people from Buzinessware made two invoices for same service and told me several times to pay.
Better hands off. Just troubles. I never had to go through that much anger with a easy webspace hosting.

😠 They make their customer stupid first they said that they have 5gb ddos protection for their clients and than on 1gb ddos attacked they suspend your server and their customer support is more the poor no reply on time they don't care after taking money seriously not recommended
