They host over 100,000 websites for customers in more than 90 countries and position themselves as a performance-oriented, environmentally conscious provider. The company’s mission is to deliver fast, secure hosting "with a green heartbeat", combining modern infrastructure with a strong emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility, including a dedicated charity-hosting initiative that offers lifetime free hosting to qualifying non-profits.

Product line is broad and tightly integrated. At the entry level, they offer shared hosting plans aimed at personal sites, blogs and small business projects. These plans run on SSD storage, include email accounts, free SSL certificates, a drag-and-drop site builder, a one-click app installer (Softaculous) and daily backups with retention for 30 days.
