📅 May 13, 2004 - HelmTastic (helmtastic.com), an online resource portal offering the Helm control panel (helm.webhostautomation.com) and related hosting software, announced this week that it has entered into a partnership with HostDesk.net (hostdesk.net) to offer server management solution ServeMonitor 2.1 and domain management tool DomainWatcher.

ServeMonitor provides detailed server statistics, including information on processor usage, individual processes and memory usage. DomainWatcher creates folders that files can be copied to and then retrieved and installed when domains are created.
HelmTastic said the partnership allows it to offer discounts of 25 percent on the solutions provided by HostDesk.net, which is currently developing new hosting automation solutions.
HelmTastic is a trading name of UK-based AGUK Solutions Ltd. HostDesk.net is a subsidiary of Web hosting provider devBizHost.com (devbizhost.com -> hostinger.com). WebHost Autmotion (webhostautomation.com), based in the UK, is the developer of the Helm control panel.
