Jun 17, 2004 : Plesk Now Supports ModernBill 4.1

📅 June 17, 2004 - Web hosting automation software developer SWsoft (sw-soft.com) and ModernGigaByte (moderngigabyte.com), a developer of billing solutions for hosting providers, announced on Thursday that versions 7.0 and 6.5 of SWsoft's Plesk control panel now support ModernGigaByte's ModernBill (modernbill.com) version 4.1. ModernBill is an automated billing solution for Web hosting providers. In addition to its billing capabilities, ModernBill includes built-in domain registration automation capabilities.

"Seamless integration between the Plesk control panel and billing will enable Web hosting providers to focus more on marketing their business instead of running it," says Jeremy Christ, co-founder of ModernGigabyte. "ModernBill provides the highest level of integration with Plesk 7 and previous versions of this leading control panel."
SWsoft unveiled Plesk 7 in February and released the Windows-compatible version of the control panel earlier this month.
"ModernBill is becoming the billing system of choice for many of our Plesk customers," says Kurt Daniel, director of marketing of SWsoft. "The latest version will help hosting service providers upgrade their service offering considerably and matches strongly with SWsoft's ability to offer Plesk as an even more integrated and extendable product."
