The two companies have joined OpSource's SaaS delivery service program Optimal On-Demand, which will provide them complete Software as a Service infrastructure, priced on demand. The program provides 24-hour call center operations under the customer's brand, fully managed services, application management and a 100 percent availability guarantee.
Kurt Haller, executive vice president for Access Commerce, says OpSource was chosen because it had specific programs for helping the company transition to the SaaS model.

Opsource, which recently launched the SaaS Incubator program, says that in the last ten months it has helped over 40 companies transition to SaaS.
