It explains that the new PEER 1 Channel Partner Program portal goes well beyond a simple library of sales and marketing collateral. Powered by the company's Reseller View, the new PEER 1 program offers partners an enterprise class web portal that is consistent with the look and feel of its corporate website. The portal includes all the tools partners need to successfully sell and support PEER 1 offerings. Channel managers now have automated workflows for partner application approvals, deal registrations and lead distribution. They also have a built-in electronic communication and demand generation engine, and a dealer locator to drive leads to partners. For strategic decision making, Reseller View offers automated workflows for contract management, detailed reports for partner demographics, web page analytics and even a partner heat map that graphically depicts concentrations of partners by partner tier and location.
The company further states that PEER 1 Hosting's Channel Partner Program is seamlessly integrated into its Salesforce.com CRM system, without the need to purchase additional Salesforce.com licenses. Partner members and accounts are kept synchronized with Salesforce.com for real-time visibility of the partner network. Referrals, distributed leads and registered opportunities are powered by work flows and synchronized in real-time to enable best-in-class partner lead management and opportunity forecasting.
