Previously, HostGo offered a 30-day money back guarantee, just as many hosting providers in the industry offer. The company decided to expand this money-back guarantee, offering a full refund to customers at any point in the life of the account.
And while this seems an unprecedented offering, HostGo president Michael Fritsch believes in the quality of its services so much that the company is "confident [the lifetime guarantee] will not be used."
"The level of our service far surpasses the standards of the marketplace, in terms of cost, performance, and of course, customer support," says Fritsch. "We have invested enough in our infrastructure to have the assurance that underwriting an unconditional money back guarantee will help us reach our strategic objectives in the long term."
Customers can request a refund by contacting the billing department directly, where they will be asked just one question: "How can we improve our services?"
Customers will not be denied a refund for any reason, says HostGo, with all monthly plan charges refunded, less any domain registry fees.
A subsidiary of FritschNET, HostGo provides shared Web hosting plans ranging from $6.95 to $19.95 per month and domain registration services, as well as an affiliate and a reseller program.
The company serves mostly individuals and small to medium sized businesses, offering a range of value-added services.
