😠 CWCS are simply crooks
We ordered a server with a certain operating system and no commitments.
We got a server with a different operating system than the one we asked for, and when we tried cancelling they cited a hidden clause in their contract that states we are committed for a full year, despite specifically agreeing to a no commitment contract in the start (of which exchange we even had logs - but they won't budge since hey, greed and treating customers like trash is good business practice!)
Please don't fall in to the same CWCS trap as I and many others have fallen, there are many better hosts out there that actually appreciate their paying customers.

😠 CWCS drops the ball
This company CWCS could not even take the responsibility of renewing a domain and they host!!! WOW
Could you imagine a hosting company does not renew a domain even though auto renew was on? if they cant make a simple task like this, could you imagine to be responsible for hosting? I purchased the company, they transferred the domain-- but they transferred (as they say) a cancelled domain (cancelled as far as their system thought) to me.- so unprofessional. They "believe" the domain was cancelled on their system prior to me purchasing the company..pretty ridiculous! TO HAVE AUTO RENEW ON AND CANCELLATION? TO SETUP A NEW ACCOUNT WITH A CANCELLED DOMAIN? CANCELLED DOMAIN OPERATING FOR 9 MONTHS? what type of system do they have that does not send flags. Certainly not enough protection built in to save me. We have two dedicated servers with CWCS. I have always found their support great and because of our excellent experience with the first server we moved a second server too them. Although the cost of the 2nd server with another company was cheaper we had reliability and support problem.
CWCS support are also proactive they notified us that their diagnostics had identified a problem with the discs on the first server and immediately gave us access to a new server so we could transfer the domains over.

I have been using CWCS since soon after they started the company. I have hosted all my business ventures with them with no regrets. When the odd problem does occur you can contact them at any time & the issues are resolved quickly. if your website requires quality uninterrupted service you need look no further.

😁 I am with CWCS since 5 yrs. I found it great service for my needs. As I run small building company it is crucial that my clients can access to informations about my services. The web hosting provided by CWCS is running smoothly, quickly and without faults. I never had any problems.

When I want something sorting, they sort it quickly.
For example:
I recently moved servers and then kept getting hourly emails about the old server failing to update it's control pane! I let CWCS know and never had that problem again.
Anything I request is never too much trouble for them.
Very highly recommended.

At the start we decided to work with CWCS due to the personal - and great - sales contact we had. From start to finish he made us feel like we were making the correct choice.
From there on in, everything has just been what you'd want in an ideal situation from a hosting company - tickets are dealt with quickly and professionally and problems - of which we have had one major one (not CWCS fault, I add) were sorted within an hour or two.
Even the little things - like when we just can't figure out something - are sorted out efficiently.
Highly recommended and as the IT guy in our company, I'm extremely glad we went with CWCS.

I have been using CWCS Hosting for a couple of years now and never had a problem with them. However when I had a problem this time regarding SPAM emails, my problem was responded to within a short period of time, after a couple of attempts to solve the problem it was escalated with no questions asked and the problem was eventually solved. I feel that this level of service was second to none and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company not only for their standard of service and equipment they provide, but their customer service and technical support are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. extremely happy customer here.

We have been using CWCS for over a year now for our UK based dedicated solutions as well as a number of other services.
We find CWCS one of the easiest data centres to work with as their team is available via live chat and phone which is a massive plus for us as we need quick responses to our major enquires!
Their sales team work very hard to get you the best deals and work with your business to make sure you have a long relationship with each other.
We have not had any downtime issues, only one time there was a firewall failure and the administrators worked extremely hard to get the issues resolved which was very impressive!
I look forward to another year with CWCS!

I took a one year VPS service. Overall reliability wasn't too bad but I had a number of performance issues and limitations. Support wasn't that helpful.
Signup for the service was very quick and easy but cancelling was a real pain, unlike signup they wouldn't accept my email as confirmation of cancellation and I ended paying for an additional month of service I didn't want.
It seems their accounts payable and legal departments are a lot more efficient and competent than their sales or technical areas.
I certainly won't be doing any business with them again.

😠 Price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Sever is regularly down or painfully slow. FTPing files takes forever because the connection to the server keeps closing.
Customer support involves them telling you they'll get back to you and then just ignoring you.

😞 We rented a dedicated server from CWCS for 9 months, and repeatedly were billed the wrong amount by them. After several months of mistakes which were not corrected even when brought to their attention, we decided to move to another provider. At which point they brought up a clause that was hidden in the middle of their contracts indicating that they needed written notice 3 months ahead of any server cancellation. 3 months!!! This was never mentioned on their site, or any email or phone correspondance I had with them.
Needless to say, we are not pleased with their overpriced, misbilled service.
