📅 - Telecommunications provider Verizon Business (verizonbusiness.com) announced on Thursday that audio and musical instrument products designer, manufacturer and distributor Behringer (behringer.com) has implemented Verizon Business' private IP to connect six of Behringer's key offices worldwide.
Under a two-year contract, Verizon Business is providing Behringer with a seamless global voice and data network linking the company's headquarters in Singapore with its manufacturing base in China and other primary business locations in the United States, Germany and the Philippines. Verizon Business' consolidating of Behringer's network operations provides the company with enhanced network management and improved overall cost efficiencies.
Behringer required a managed network solution that would enable the company to focus on its own business, while entrusting its business-critical network operations to Verizon Business. Verizon Business is providing Behringerwith full managed services support across its network infrastructure, including the seamless integration of IP telephony over private IP.
IT infrastructure management tools give Behringer a birds-eye view for easy network management and early detection of problems, and the company also benefits from low latency through Verizon Business' service level agreements that ensure a high level of quality of service.
