Under the agreement, Soffront will offer AT&T Data and IP solutions such asmanaged Internet and hosting services, digital subscriber lines, VPNSolutions, business internet services, frame relays, and ATM solutions toits customer base consisting of over 2,500 startups to Fortune 500 companiesworldwide.
Soffront will be offering its customers special negotiated rates on AT&Tservice and the assistance of on-site certified AT&T agents. These agentswill be recommending custom solutions to assist companies with realizingtheir e- business initiative.
On the user side of the agreement, Soffront will be using AT&T Data Centerservices to host its CRM and e-Call Center solutions. E-Call Center is ahosted IP-based customer interaction management solution that unifies allcustomer contact options, such as email, fax, phone, web calls, agent-ledbrowsing and callback features, under a single web-based system thatdovetails all communication channels with the back-end CRM database forintelligent decision making.
