(interliant.com), an application service provider, and Trellix Corporation (trellix.com), a provider of Web sitepublishing technology, today announced the availability of a new Web siteauthoring tool for INIT Web Hosting customers. Available through the INITBranded Solutions program and fully integrated into the INIT solution, thisservice, based on Trellix Web Express, produces high-quality Web sitesregardless of builders' technical ability or graphic design experience.

The Trellix-based service enables Interliant's branded solutions partners tointegrate Web publishing into their existing offerings, the company says.Upon request, Interliant can customize the Trellix Web Express solution forits branded solutions partners as either a stand-alone site-building tool oras an offering integrated into the overall hosting solution. Key features ofthe system include "click-in-context" editing, automatic page linking,multiple site building capabilities, and integrated support. Additionally,the service includes Web Gems, which enable builders to easily addinteractivity and specialized Web services, such as e-commerce, sitepromotion, and tailored forms and maps.
The INIT Branded Solutions program allows organizations to provide hostedsolutions while maintaining their own image. Interliant's Branded SolutionsPartners can choose products that range from simple shared hosted accountsand simple dedicated servers to complex managed hosting, security, andmessaging services. Using the INIT Web Hosting platform and associatedtechnologies, Interliant's branded solutions partners can, in about 60-90days, be enabled to sell any of Interliant's Web hosting products andservices.
