Feb, 2002 : ComNet Names New Product Achievement Award Winners
📅 - IDG World Expo, a producer of tradeshows,conferences and events for IT markets, has announced the winners of the NewProduct Achievement Awards at ComNet Conference & Expo, held this week atthe Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The awards, sponsoredby InfoWorld, recognized the best new products making their public debut atComNet this year.
Winning products were selected by a panel of nine judges, which includedleading members of the trade and business press, industry research firms andacademia. Entries were evaluated on the basis of innovation, industrycontribution, integration with current product lines, migrationcapabilities, support provided and return on investment.
From scores of new products submitted for consideration in each of sevencategories, judges chose the following as the best in each category,recognizing the companies in an award ceremony held on the ComNet show flooron Jan. 30th:
