I have more than 10 websites running on ucvhost. It started out well since 2005 but their services has taken a plunge downward. Uptime has reduced to a dangerous low. Customer care (online chat keeps telling you to wait indefinitely and will suddenly end your session when they cant solve your problems. I have to dedicate 2 hours everyday facing hosting issues with the various websites I manage. Ucvhost is not a reliable host.
Same website installed and running on other servers goes down on ucvhost. Worst of all as a web developer I receive more calls complaining about website not being up than new clients. I now know almost all their customer care staff by name because of the frequency at which I have to go there.
I saw a comment claiming some is a sacked staff. I for one dont even know which country they are operating from.
