smartfile.com has terrible support services!
I have been using this site for almost a year now and it used to work quite well however, I have been having issue after issue for the last three months or longer and have been trying desperatly to get them resolved as it is negatively affecting our customers who use this site to view and download their documentation. they are upset that it is not available to them. It has been a very frustrating experience to try and get the issues resolved as I have support contact me initally, after I put a support ticket in but then they dont follow through with what they say they are going to do or they use excuses claiming that they are doing upgrades (that were supposed to be available 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting) and NOTHING has changed... I still have all my same issues that I had before! I had done a follow up email to the fellow I was seeking support from asking him what was going on and when I could expect the promise that the upgrades would be complete and my issues would be solved so that I could continue with my work and inform my clients that they could access their documents, and I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK AT ALL. I am very very dissappointed with this company!!!!
