Their hosting is some of the cheapest around. You get what you pay for. I got setup with a small server for gaming and TeamSpeak. Right away, they were very helpful. However on the followup month, I submitted payment via PayPal (the only way they accept payment with no recurring subscription options). I got confirmation number, but then they suspended my service. I had to contact them and provide my transaction ID before they would turn on my service. They wouldn't research this themselves, they said it was up to me.

The next month, I make my payment and get suspended. I repeat what has happened before and they state that I'm the only one they've seen this happen to. I contacted PayPal and they confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my account or address and they pointed out the other transactions that I've had no problem with. This is on the hosting side.

It happens again and again. 4 or 5 months later a payment goes through without a hiccup. I was shocked. How bad is it when you are excited that someone managed to process a payment successfully?

A few months later, I'm working a lot and my friends and I take a break. I continue to make payments. Well they shut off my server and wiped everything because they "never received payment". They were rude and blamed me for their lack of accounting and their lack of service. They would not restore my settings from backup. They would not compensate me for the time that I paid and was without service. They said I was trying to scam them for free services, but I've paid and proven it to them.

When I opened a support ticket with PayPal, they blocked me from their site. They blocked my email. They changed their tune in the PayPal communication and tried to appear very helpful, all while blaming me.

I was told I would be refunded the amount that I had paid and did not have any service and that I should allow up to 30 days for the payment to be refunded. This has not been refunded as of yet.

Their TOS state that you cannot challenge their billing. It's all about paying them, or else...

It's a shady service and the only ones talking them up are the employees and friends of the employees. Stay away from them if you want reliable server uptime.
