I've been with ONeilOnline and their WattaServer brand for over a year. Never had any issues, never even had a reason to even submit a support ticket!
Sounds to me like this only bad review is a troll. The support staff was able to migrate and get my website online in 2 hours. Any questions I have via ticket has had a response time under 5min. Never experienced rude behavior like the bad review states. Website loads fast, no downtime to report. I gave them a 9 because there is always room for growth.
I have been with them for over 2 years, never experienced any downtime, and support is always knowledgeable and helpful. I have recommended them to a number of other businesses.

I had several gaming and teamspeak servers under their brand, three domain names and a reseller hosting account. At first they were great, they responded quickly to tickets and the price was amazing, but I soon realized what I was paying for. Every ticket that I submitted was responded to in a rude manner and they often blamed me for something that was completely out of my control. They later closed Oorah Gaming and did not provide me with a notice. I lost my monthly payment for that month and when I tried to get a refund they denied it, citing their TOS which they violated. I contacted PayPal and requested a refund through them and they honored it. Because of this they said I violated their TOS and suspended my accounts.
I should have went with GoDaddy or Host Gator and pay more for quality instead of trying to get everything at a cheaper rate. I learned my lesson!
