My wife, at my behest ordered a domain and hosting, all seemed good and they were quick to take the money, however their price was absolutely unbelievable and sure enough it was.

My wife works nights, I work days as a Peace Officer. So while sleeping my wife went and ordered with these guys and after a few hours of waiting for an email (we received the payment receipt, I mean the login information), she had not received it. So figuring no big deal (and after checking spam) she went to their website and started the online support (which is 24 hours). From nearly the moment she started talking to the customer support he was extremely rude and trying to end the conversation, rather than help. All she wanted was the email sent out from them. Now she could not remember the domain name offhand (i had rolled over onto the paper she had it written on) He then told her he could look it up by order ID....then all the sudden he couldn't. Then he said "well you contacted sales", okay fine so we switched over to support (by this time I was awake) hrmmm two times tried contacting via online, no answer (again even says on site 24 Hours). Then I call in (AGAIN A 24 Hour service), you get a voice mail you cannot understand, I left a message stating very clearly that I would be contacting the New York Business Board if they do not comply with their promise to send out the info promised.

Then I tried contacting Support via online again, but under my name, and wouldn't you know it? They answer.....hrmmm. Then the guy has the balls to say "Do you have any idea what time it is here?" Then told me finally that we would receive our information in the morning.

Now had that been said from the beginning, My wife and I would be very satisfied, but instead I have to wake up long before i'm supposed to only to deal with a smart mouth (who btw needs to take typing lessons) and STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED an email only that our domain would be set in the morning.

Maia, YOU ARE A 24 HOUR SUPPORT, AND HOSTING SERVICE, ACT LIKE IT, AND REMEMBER THAT SOME OF YOUR CUSTOMERS MIGHT, JUST MIGHT, NOT BE SOME TECH KID YOU CAN PUSH AROUND. Based on what occurs tomorrow and if they follow up on their promise, I will revoke this and gladly change my review in 30 days. I honestly hope to eat my words.

Hi Chris,

I remember you said that your wife asked you to purchase web hosting account from us and you were extremely tired when you did the order so that you forgot to send the correct domain name to your wife before going to bed. I would also like to add that Chis is one Honored Police Officer. He was after long 24 hour shift when he placed the order around 12:00 PM EST.
At about 2:00 AM Juliana (his wife) calls in our live chat support to request the account information that Chris forgot to forward. Then our live chat person asks her for the domain name, but Juli is not sure what Chris used when he signed up. That's why Julie decides to wake up Chris and ask him to contact us and get the account information.
Not having more than 2 hours sleep after a long day at work, Chris furiously requests that the manager be woken up to send him his account information or he will - quote from above "I would be contacting the New York Business Board if they do not comply with their promise to send out the info promised. " therefore I am awaken at 2 AM to immediately answer their support demand.
As you can see from the actual review above we resent him his account information even after we were off hours.
The next morning he requested to have the account closed and we issued him full refund.
