I have been dealing with Hostupon for more than 5 years indirectly & around 3 years directly.
It might seem strange as to such high ratings, but fact is fact.
Their technical guys are ever ready to assist, are on top of things & keep my servers running smooth & efficiently, by the grace of GOD. They have gone over & above the call of duty to assist us, even when the support did not actually fall in their department. Everyone has downtime at some point or another, but apart from one or two occasions when we had intermittent downtime for a day or so we experience almost zero downtime. I did a calculations for 99% uptime over a 365 day period & find that they more than keep this promise. The billing is more than reasonable & their manner of speaking to those who know little is very commendable. I do not use all the features in WHM or Cpanel so it is more than adequate for me. We even use them as our registrar; and although they are a bit on the pricey side, I use them because I know I can rely on them. I recommend Hostupon to anyone & can only say "Thanks Guys". Their promise in "We run the server & you take care of websites" is 110% as they actually assist us with our websites as well under some circumstances. We clients have tendencies to complain & run to authorities when we have a hard time, but at the same time the credit must given when it is due. Hostupon , Keep up the good work guys.
