Host MDS got a negative review on

As the other two reviews before me; I am also dissatisfied with HostMDS and was a previous Hostingplex user.
I was informed that they had merged and a few days later was informed that the server transfer would take place...then things hit the fan. I noticed major downtime for my websites. They I couldn't load the cPanel. Now my pages have an error saying the server has been reset...I cannot even log into my cPanel now because my username and password don't work (and haven't changed).
I was getting decent response from them, but now that I want a refund they are taking their sweet time.
Apparently after the migration of servers they had a DDOS attack and have been "fighting it ever since". Customer service lacked to inform me days after days of me asking what was wrong with my site/cPanel and after 2 weeks I was given resources to their forums where they had been keeping "up to date information" that they were "directing all their customers to". Frankly, I have already looked into other hosting and, even if they magically fixed everything, I'm deciding to go green.
