I agree with most of the other negative comments.
Here is a new fact for you that is not explained in their TOS. They have an antispam policy that allows no more than 30 emails per 5 minutes sent from within your domain - or 250 per hour. This didn't work for me and it was explained via chat that that this policy could not be modified. If you have a domain that is actually being used by real, active users, then this could be a problem.
Note that if you are deemed to be a spammer they can (as outlined in their TOS) fine you $15 per occurrence. They immediately make your site 'unreadable' - you just need to go in and chmod your root directory to turn yourself back on.
Customer service is only via chat or 'ticket'. No way to talk to a human or even follow threads in a forum - unlike their 'free service' that at least contains a forum. Note that I actually like their fee service. But then again I have lower expectations for 'free'.
Also for me there were random times during the day that users needed to 'refresh' pages several times to get them to load. The host has no explanation for it and was unable to fix.
Positives: dirt cheap. Unlimited storage - maybe a good place to cloud your data. you can 'map' their system to a 'drive' on your OS. Good cPanel, and Fantastico Deluxe that allows you to install lots of features - you just can't really use them....
