😠 Terrible service. My VPS server has been down for 5 days now and their support won't respond. There is no phone # to call. Find a different provider is my recommendation.

😠 I have a VPS with Webkeepers. My server go down frequently, and stay down for several hours. There is no way to communicate with them except by email. A few months ago, I could not RDP to my server (incorrect password). Their explanation was I forgot my pw. A quick search on the net showed that I wasn't the only one. On April 20, my server went down, after 4 days, still no server. I sent numerous emails, no answer, I called the parent company GMO Cloud America, left numerous messages, never answered. There is no reason to go with them, there are a number of more reliable hosting companies out there and just as cheap. Stay away from them.
Service is non-existent, bunch of incompetents. I nearly lost a client due to their terrible service and unreliability. I am out and they will never see me again.

😁 Been with WK for a few years now. Prices are cheap and the server is reliable for the cost. Had a couple small downtime in two years but they addressed them really quick.
They don't have dedicated support but they still reply to tickets. However they warn you that you need to do your setup on your own.That's how it is. Read before you buy.

😉 they are good but they take a LOT of time to set you up and they have NO customer support so pay attention, they will also try to scam you with their "30-days money back guarantee" shit.
it isn't true, but they are still kind of good and their prices are REALLY low. about 25$/month for something that would cost about 40-50$/month and more.
