😁 Been using these guys for over 10 years. I have nothing but top praise for them. Very happy with the service. The support is probably the best I have experienced for any business or any industry. They are happy to patiently answer my inane questions about almost anything - ASP, ASP.NET application pools, 3rd party apps, network problems, hacking recovery and prevention, DNS/MX records, email migration, recovering files I destroyed from nightly backup. Always a helpful and quick reply.

The hosting is great, control panel is great, myphpadmin for mysql works well.

My only quibble is they a few years back they asked us not to use the file space for cloud file storage - for web server files only. I moved to cloud storage to Onedrive after that, so not a big deal.

😃 Site is slow. No matter where I browse to my site, I found delays before sufficient data was available for the browser to draw the page. I am using CMS Made Simple. I have another CMS site with another provider and it is much faster. The control panel is very basic. Pricing and capacity was okay. Reasonable value for money. Support is quite prompt. I'm switching but only because of the speed.

😉 We are moving from Quadra Australia as we are a little disappointed by a few things like slow data transfer, not very safe username and password handling when managing several domains in one account and pretty restrtictive quota.

Pricing is fairly good.
Support fairly quick.
Service information like knowledge base/forum needs to be improved.
Uptime: no problems during our contract duration.

We'd say okay for small or hard-coded websites but not for bigger CMS.
