😠 BAD SUPPORT
I sent an INVOICE 27706 order with a discount code, so the owner of the site Vishnu closed it, although I only asked him to open a new account to be my official and permanent account. Do not waste your money with this site because one person works in it. He does not have a support team. I wanted to deal with him and give him the opportunity to host my project to help him grow his project, but he is arrogant, so If you are looking for a good transaction and real technical support, do not waste your money with this site

😁 I'm using genhost service from past 3 years in last nov 2020 they had some server issue but to give an excellent services to their customers they had taken immediate action by moving the servers to another provider
As promised they are offering excellent services as promised on their websites
Great support over whatsapp and Ticket
Excellent Server speed
Recent Litespeed upgrades was amazing on their servers
Thanks to gehost for their excellent service and i recommend genhost to everyone
Don't miss them due to some fake negative reviews on google or other portals. Even i got confused while purchasing but i had given an try for 1 month to know what is the truth about it

Please never use this Indian CHEAP hosting company. The email servers are always down and when you ask for assistance they are very slow in responding and they always tell you that IP is blacklisted blah blah. Everyone who are saying good hosting they are just fake..NEVER use this hosting company please. More details please come to my WhatsApp: +264 81 842 1284 and will show you chat messages from this crap company. I REPEAT...Never use this cheap hosting company again in your life. When I wanted to move away from them, they blocked me from backing up my websites and they wanted me to pay some money again to activate the backup. If you want to be miserable, use this cheap hosting company. I used these people for 9 months and I left them. I had paid for 1,5 years and have to leave the rest of the money. 😠 Worst server and service - Maximum time down, especially in night and when you tell them about the condition of the server they will always tell you the same story ( Your IP is blocked sir and our server is working fine OR Our server is up please check your local area connection and other reasons )
They don't charge much but if you are thinking to spend your one rupees on genhost then please contact me, i will show you screenshots of server downtime and there chat support.
And the most important thing
your emails directly land into the SPAM folder using contact form on their server and when I ask why they said sir you need to buy dedicated IP to resolve this issue ...
Please don't buy anything from this company...
