😠 Schlechtester Hoster den ich kenne
Das Positive zuerst: Die Hardware ist super, das wars auch schon….
Installation, Aktivierung bootmedien, rescue, standardinstallationen… da sollte man raucher sein und viel Zeit mitbringen.
Das Netzwerk und der Support sind eine einzige Katastrophe. Upload in dtag ,hetzner , ovh, leasweb ( ich hab hier überall Server, untereinander schaffen die zu jeder Tageszeit min.800/800mbit) beträgt hier nie über 200 mbit im Schnitt schafft man 50-75 . Der Support gibt einem eine interne ip auf welche man speedtests und paketverluste messen soll ( tadaaa 900 mbit ins nachbarrack ^^) Aussage Support dann ist doch alles in Ordnung….. liegt dann an den anderen des der speed in deren netze so schlecht ist.

😠 Lets start with 3 simple words: Worst service ever!
customer support is 0 for a start.
order a server, got given a server with issues, for 1 week I kept on complain and they blame on my setup, after 1 week they knowledge the issue ( faulty motherboard ) and they said that would take 1 week to replace... what a joke. I asked straightway to cancel my contract and request a refund, was ignored!!!
after 1 week and 2 days, they replace the motherboard, they also gave me a wrong CPU!!!, kept on asking to cancel the contract and been ignored.
Now after 1 month they are billing me again, I sent an email asking to cancel the contract once again and they are telling me now that I can't cancel because they have delivered the server!!!
If you want peace of mind, stay way from this company, 100% scammers

😠 Finger Weg!
Ich habe bei EUserv einen dedicaded Server geholt weil er recht günstig war. Aber das hat mich gelehrt nicht immer auf günstig zu gehen. Angefangen hat es damit dass der Server sich nicht von Selbst aktiviert hat, ich verständigte den Support via Ticket und Telefon (Kein Telefonkontakt zum RZ geboten). Sie haben eine geschlagene WOCHE gebraucht um den Server der eigentlich wenige Minuten brauchen sollte bereit zu stellen. Ich hatte Gameserver drauf laufen, jedoch hatte ich massive Probleme mit Paketverlusten. Ich habe einen Monat gebraucht (wegen des langsamen Tech Support Tickets) bis der Hoster mir diese Probleme auch geglaubt hat. Einmal habe ich nach einer Woche nach Nichtbearbeitung angerufen und es wurde dann netterweise am folge Tag (Also 8 Tage insgesamt) bearbeitet. Dort wurde mir gesagt dass es leider nicht änderbar ist und es daran liegt dass das RZ nicht in Frankfurt liegt. 😠 I have had a terrible experience with this company, not only did they lie to me they took money from me. Okay so I have account balance and an order, I canceled the order, and asked if they could send the account balance back to my PayPal, they don't respond, so I wait for 4 days for a response, after 4 days go by I message them again slightly more frustrated, the sad part is they bring my server online as soon as soon as I say so and soon after it goes online they read my message and say I was unable to cancel even known I was still under term of being able to cancel. I hate being used like this and I recommend STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

😠 The worst provider of them all, with whom I had to work. Several times they ignored my requests to cancel the server and then billed for the canceled servers. In general, there is constant confusion with invoices, several times invoices have been issued for services that I do not have. All appeals about this support simply ignored

Einfach mal so alle meine Webseiten down, kompletter DNS-Serverausfall, deren eigene Seite inkl Status Page gleich mit offline. Also einfach alles tot für mehrere Stunden.
Wie schafft man denn so nen Totalausfall alle 1-2 Jahre? Ohne backup-Zentrum oder redundante Systeme an nem 2. Standort?
Die lernen offensichtlich nichts dazu :/ Ich muss nun alle Domains mal woanders hinziehen.

😃 I have ordered my Server in 2017. I host some Nextcloud instances on my server.I have no Problems since them. My Server is running normal. On 2018 my Server goes down but it came back after 30 Minutes. Until now i have no contact with the support, so i can not say if the support is good or bad. The customer panel is a little bit old school, but they give them upgrades every month so i think it will be better in the next time. My personal opinion is that user is not the best provider but not the worst. My server is a good server for acceptable price.

😠 I am IT professional for more than 20 years. Euserv is the worst company I have seen in my career.
For more thant a year, I am asking Euserv to close my account and refund 1670€ that still in my account balance. I sent dozen email. They never answer.
I informed the European customer center in Bruselles to get support from them. They try to get in touch with Euserv. After few month, they give up. Euserv never answer any email.
This company is a real shame for German IT sector. No one should trust or work with them. They will try to rob you for sure.
If you can trust a company for your money you should not trust them for your data.
I am now working with Hetzner. A German datacenter. People are honest, professional and much cheaper than Euserv.

😠 Stay away from them!
6 hours downtime within business hours without proper email notice upfront, now nearly 48 hours of server downtime without anything i can do and their support is not helping anything. Multiple Mails and Calls and nothing has happened...

😠 AVOID Euserv! DO NOT work with !
DO NOT EVER think to work with EUserv!!!!! It's totally worthless!! 15 days response time for support tickets, more than a week for hardware replacement (HDD failure). Most awful support ever seen in 12 years from any provider we've work with. I mean it! Fastest response time on support ticket I guess it was 5 or 6 days so if you ever need some help with your server, get a vacation and you'll get the answer on your way back.
Network: 3.5 on a 10 points scale (0 bad, 10 awesome).

I've been working with euserv for about 1 year. I rented 9 dedicated servers and 360 extra IPs. 2 days ago 2 servers were disconnected. If the recovery mode does not work, the servers do not restart. I saw that the servers from the panel did not have a network connection. I've sent a support message but no response for 2 days. one of the servers is very important to me. I sent a message to the media and I sent a message by mail. Answer was given on the 3rd day. hardware failure and was told to be replaced within 24 hours. it was also said that the server will be reinstalled at the end of this process. how do they do something without asking me? I said that there is very important data on the server and that the system should not be reinstalled. In response to me, they said that we could transfer it from old disks to new disks with usb. and they demanded a 50 euro service charge from me. I told them I was okay, I agreed. but 2 days passed, but no action was taken. I said to put the [read more...]

😠 I have been working with this farm for a long time, they suspended many times IPs without any notice or advice before, my customers have been kicked off from internet without any motivation at all. I ordered a server the last time, which has been delivered and after a couple of days, they locked the server because detected traffic from some IPs which are not included in my boundle. I don't think a serious company can suspend customers with dedicated servers paid a lot of money. I suggest to use other companies because you can purchase services and servers that could be placed offline without any notice before. I suggest, stay away from them

They blocked my server with 11 VPS inside, because they detected a spam section from one of my ips, but the IP involved in the Spam report, was not mine!
1 hour to reply, otherwise they lock all.
Finally I got all VPS offline for a lot of hours and they haven't replied in time, they never get back with explainations or something else, the bad provider we had!
Stay away from them, totally disappointed for the missing support!

I've used several of their "Misurfi" servers (that's the name they give to their low-cost servers) since summer 2013.
In the first server, one of the 2 RAID 1 hard drives eventually got damaged, and the support only suggested to get a new server (instead of simply replacing the faulty drive, which I believe RAID 1 is for), hence my low rating for customer relation. The replacement server came with... a faulty drive too, but it was promptly replaced with another server with twice the RAM at no cost, to make up for the trouble.
And finally in summer 2014 they ran a promotion (it seems they do so every summer) so I switched server again and I've been using it since that time with no major issue. There have been 2-3 network outages caused by DDoS attacks though, lasting a couple hours to half a day.
Various remarks:
- They are usually quite responsive on their support forums
- The control panel is definitely vintage, and there are bits of untranslated German here and there... but [read more...]

We ordered a virtual machine that was said to be available within 24 hours. During checkout, there is talk about 'upto 48 hours'. Well, okay, fair enough.
Three working days later, I pick up the phone the enquire about the status of our server. They tell us that delivery of the server will take at least another week. We can't wait that long. They tell us that in order to cancel the server, we need to send an email. So that's what we do.
We get a reply by email that we were misinformed: the estimated delivery date for the server if the next working day. And the server can no longer be cancelled. We reply by insisting the cancellation, because in the meantime we already ordered a server elsewhere. And besides, the web interface still states: 'Order is ready for processing but can be stopped still.'
Apart from automated emails demanding that we transfer more money to them, this is the last we've heard from them. Despite quite a number of emails from us politely asking them to [read more...]

Right after my server became active, I selected Ubuntu as operating system. The control panel (which is worse than most other companie's control panels), which seems to be thrown together out of code snippets found on the web, told me: "The first initialisation of your server usaually takes up to 48 hours."
Nothing happened after 24 hours and I contacted customer support using the EUServ customer forums. While waiting for an answer, I read through the threads and noticed that EUServ employees provide private information about customers in the public (like non-paid hosting plans).
After a short time, I got my answer and got told that the operating system installation image I selected is buggy and that they initialized my server manually. I selected a non-RAID [read more...]
