PrimCast was founded in 2003 by Florentin Botez. Its intentions were clear from day one: deliver quality internet services at low cost. PrimCast started out on a Business DSL line, providing shell accounts mainly for IRC users.

Today, our servers are located in a conditioned space in Atlantic Telecom Center. The facility provides redundant cooling units, state-of-the-art Class E voice communication and fire life safety and smoke purge systems, as well as 24-hour attended lobby and security force with integrated CCTV and Card Access Systems. Building systems, perimeter and sensitive areas are monitored 24/7 from Security Station located on Ground Floor. This location provides us with a redundant network with no single point of failure, but also unlimited bandwidth potential.

😠 Avoid Primcast!
Avoid this company. My broadcast dropped and I went to their online chat. After 30 mins (by which time my audience had left) they told me that they had an "unscheduled server mainanance"!!!! And that the server would be back up in an hour. When I asked for a refund they told me they don't do refunds. Obviously I have left! Only go with them if you are happy for their "unscheduled maintenance"!

🗨 The issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes from the time we were contacted. Unscheduled maintenance refers to unexpected issues which have to be addressed immediately. The client requested a refund and compensation. We offered a month of free service, but our offer was not considered.
