😠 Hello JumboHost Team,
Our website "https://www.rafops.in" is still not being restored and is down since more than 20 days now. Also our official personalised emails IDs setup through C-Panel, no more exists. All our client emails and attachments are lost. Our customised developed website is not restored till date from the backups of JumboHost servers.
Our C-Panel Account is accessed by unknown and un-authorised company "ARMIA SYSTEMS PVT LTD" whose IP address we got through C-Panel email notification.
On 11-June-2020 at 3:13 PM, our C-Panel Account was accessed from "182.72.192.2". A reverse DNS lookup on the remote IP address "182.72.192.2" gave the information of being assigned to the provider: “ARMIA SYSTEMS PVT LTD n/a 3rd FLOOR WING 1 JYOTHIRMAYA IT BUILDING INFOPARK PHASE 11 BRAHMAPURAM P O KOCHI KERALA 682303 Ernakulam KERALA India Contact Person: KIRANRAJ T Email: accounts@arniasystems.com Phone: 7594933028
So, now we fear your hosting servers were HACKED instead of SSD crash as claimed. If you can't restore our website from your backups asap, we will file a criminal case against JumboHost, ARMIA SYSTEMS PVT LTD and against Bharti Airtel Services Limited for their involvement in our company's losses through FINANCIALLY, in BRAND REPUTATION and CUSTOMER TRUST.
We are giving you a week's time which starts from tomorrow (00:00:01 Hours of 12th June 2020) for our site and emails restoration. If not restored by 23:59:59 Hours of 18th June 2020, we will initiate a criminal legal proceeding against all who are involved in accessing our C-Panel Account. Our law department has started working on this.

😠 Very pathetic service. According to their website, they are taking backup weekly. Right now there website is showing that their hard disk is crashed and they are trying to recover data. So this means they do not have any external backup disk and I lost my sites hosted there. There is no response through phone or email. Very pathetic service with worst customer support. This is only a one man show by one Ganesh Sharma.

😠 Worst service. In the 1 year time span, they had crashed 3-4 times . Website was blocked due ot bad IP. Emails landed in spam always. Now all files are also lost and the control panel is as though there was a never a website hosted!
