I began with Site5 last week. I had a 13 months nightmare with Green Geeks, horrible support and lots of problems and downtime...
I contacted everyone in the company and no one was of any help, even Trey Gardner, now Trey responds, but underneath the True Reviews...
I switched to EZPZ in the UK, Support was excellent but they had Server Problems and there were too many timeouts.
I went back to the Drupal recommended Hosts and I came across Hostcolor, they seemed good. Initially the set up was very helpful. Though when the server was crashing too often and with very bad support, I decided to jump ship.
I began with Site5 last week. The Company seems very well run, integrated and very professional. I am very happy so far and after using the services of 3 of their competitor's in the last 12 months, I felt compelled to give them a good review.
Support is excellent and they even have Mac Mail Support. Speed is good and everything else is as promised on there Home Page.
It's very annoying and time consuming Migrating 6 site's every couple of Months. My SEO rankings have dropped badly as well for some of the site's due to the downtime.
One thing I did like about Site5 is they fixed by Email configuration nightmare on a Sunday Afternoon... This is a good Judge of a company. Keep up the good work.
