😠 Xehost acquired Junaweb, my former hosting company a few days ago. the change was quick, but since then 404 error happens often, the default memory limit isn't enough to run a WP, but the ceo's first thing to mention is he's in the field 11 years or so. Seems like he doesn't read the mail sent to him, or doesn't know english. Although I've asked politely not to buzzing my account, since I'm leaving, and I need to save my data, they want to solve the problem, however the problem is with Xehost itself. Now my account can't be reached, my ftp seems like freezed. Thanks Xehost, you're the worst.

😁 XeHost is simply the best. We had a rough start in the beginning but their very fast support has been able to help us with all our issues and helped us to get on our feet. I could not be any happier with XeHost!

😞 I initially had an account with proto-host who in turn got taken over by XEhost.
Overall I had no issues until firstly a hard drive failure resulted in a month of data being lost. This has been followed up with so far 2-3 weeks of patchy service. My emails have ceased functioning with little action taken. The customer service is sluggish and certainly not living up to the promises over the homepage.
The pricing is very competitive for the features you get, it is just spoilt by the recent unreliability.
I also note that the other reveiw is by an smfrank who I assume is Sean Frank, the person who introduces himself as Chief Executive Officer of XEHost in the customer support system. If that is correct then it would render the previous review as not originating from a real customer, rather having been submitted by the XEHost themselves.

😁 Really think this hosting is great, all functions you may need is in you cpanel i really like fantastico thats a really cool addon...
I think this must be the best hosting company i ever have been in contact with the advanced bronze i use i think i will pay up to 50$ on other hosts..
