I have a reseller and individual Hosting Account with Webstrike Solutions. 5-6 websites are hosted in your sever.
I am very upset and demoralized from your chatt people and their service. I had a client his website was www.sys-inc.net
He didn't want to run this site more. So that I had stopped the Automatic payment option in your site. But you renew it and the payment taken through my Credit Card. When I have chatted your people he has refunded me with deducted 35USD. I don't know why he didn't refund me 100%. The debited date was 10th March 2010 and the Credit date was 22nd March 2010 as per my Credit card Statement.
I have lot of websites which are hosted in another server (hosting company).
If the Automatic payment option is not working in your site in that case what is my fault.
I will be grateful to you if you refund the rest of amount (USD35).
