😁 Good service and support.
One of my friend asked me to try (due to my previous hosting company's issue) and now it is nearly one year and happy about their service and support.

😁 With webhost.lk i work more than 1 and a half year. No major upset and most importantly i get tech support very quickly.
Also there customer support is great. I only have few tech issues and some of them were belongs to my error (misconfiguration of php scripts) but tech guys pointed me what to do. So i don't waste time to find the problem but just corrected those.
And also reasonable price too. well done to everyone at webhost.lk

😠 Their service was well untill it got crashed recently. They came up with a funny answer, "Some Linux servers got crashed and unfortunately backups are also unrecoverable ". Then what is the point of having backups? As a result I lost many of my customers...
Only thing they did was creating a new account. I have to spend hours to recreate accounts for my clients and upload files

😁 I have purchase few hosting plans from sri lankan hosting company and all those failed to deliver the services they told to provide. BUT, when I search a new hosting provider I found www.webhost.lk and I have signed up 3 months ago after checking their package features (BRONZE 250) .
Since the day I started with webhost.lk, I don't have any downtime. Could you believe?, yes, truly there are 100% uptime although they gurantee 99.9% Uptime.
Also the tech guys provide an excelent support (It it very quick) though I don't have many tech problem with them.
No I am extreamy happy with my business site, because I know there are very good professional tem behind me and my site on a ast web server.
