😠 Customer service suckitude
I can't believe the number of calls and the runaround to get something as simple as a transfer done. The misinformation given to me by customer service had me buying an additional service I didn't need.
The contact back on a service order was just plain idiotic - if my email is out of order, sending me an email to that dead email address about the service information is pretty dumb.
Wow. There is some work to be done to become a better provider.

😠 Visi has poor feature support and terrible customer service
Currently working on a client's site which has been using visi for several years. They wanted to use WordPress for a CMS, which is not at all supported by visi. They have terrible customer service - rude, but most importantly NOT at all helpful. They just deleted a database that we waited 3 weeks for them to set up in the first place. They are fairly expensive for what they have to offer. Our client is spending hundreds of dollars a month for service.
