😞 At the moment my site goes down every week.
If you want anyone to respond to your questions, you have to write the accountant - she's the only one who seems to do any work. Support department can't be bothered to answer emails and make you feel like you're disturbing them if they do answer.
Nobody answers the phone.
Last week when service returned, I found that my last two weeks of emails had disappeared. Nobody replied when I enquired about their whereabouts.
I'm moving my hosting. I don't recommend Ticoserver

😠 In one night he disappeared my database, mysql user and his answer was a backup with more than 20 days old, I lost all my site information stored. A total disaster backups made by me every day were created corrupt, so to no avail.
