The Sozo data center is located in northeast Atlanta. Our data center provider is XO Communications which is a Verizon company. The data center is SSAE-16 and SOC-2 compliant. The data center has gated card readers for entry, internal card readers, locked cages, redundant HVAC systems, UPS power, generators, camera systems, fire suppression, and a 24-hour network operations center.
We’ve found that providing personal attention to a client’s hosting support issues and technology needs is key to building a relationship and understanding their business. Today we have adopted this philosophy of providing personalized support and attention to customers as a core value of Sozo Hosting.

😁 I have been with SozoHosting.com for a few years now and have been very pleased. Communication has always been great. I have 5 servers with them now and across all the sites we do well in excess of $1.5Mil a month in sales.
They did move to a new data center over the summer of 2008 and it did take longer than they wanted but we knew in advance when it would accrue and that even if it went well it would take longer than we wanted. But the move has proved to be a great move for all. The old data center had too many issues and the new one has been all that was promised and more.
Since the move downtime and been ZERO!

😞 I have been using sozo for about a year and they recently migrated their data center. The move was a nightmare, and sites were offline for 3 and a half days. Their planned outage was 15 hours, which seemed long to me in the first place. They seemed lost during the move and communication was almost non-existent. Very dissappointed in their support and specifically the handling of this move.
